    Horrible horrible horrible customer service. Their product I was happy with. But in regards of a return / exchange, the customer service is so horrible I will NEVER use them again. I gave them 8 months to fix the issue and I dont even want to go into it.Stay away

    I have sent them 5 emails about an order that was not received due to a lack of unit number which I emailed them about right after placing it. They havent emailed me at all. Just want them to sent it to the right address and of give me a refund plz!

    *** ordered multiple times from this company and normally have no issues with my order arriving promptly however the most recent time I ordered they sent me the incorrect size bottoms. I ordered a small and received a medium. Ive been trying to get in touch with them for a month now. I was emailed back one time asking what item was incorrect and after I responded I heard nothing again. Im a fan of the swimwear but being sent incorrect sizes does me no good. I just want the items I ordered. And then I will take my business elsewhere.

    Great products but horrible customer service. Impossible to get a refund and they sell out of stock items that you will never receive. Would love to order more if this company would figure out their logistics but as of now won't be ordering again. Most recent order was asked to pay an import fee to ****** that I've never been asked to pay before either. If that was the case then it should be included in the pricing of the suit. This company has alot of issues to figure out. I would steer clear.

    Do not purchase from this company. I used to buy all of my bikinis from here. I do not know what has happened but my recent purchase did not fit and never received my refund. Its been almost three months now. Im exhausted! had emailed them several times.

    Zero stars!!!!! Horrible customer service after 6 emails and made a return 4 weeks ago and still never heard about my refund or an email saying my return was processed and spent my own money for the return as well. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

    I agree with all the reviews below. This company is doing things just wrong. They sell items "out of stock", then take forever to ship items. I just got my order and an item is missing. Now they come with the story that its out of stock. You have to go through all this trouble to get a simple order fulfilled. Then, part of my order completely delayed, WEEKS to MONTHS. Its so frustrating dealing with this. Someone has to do something about this, it seems dozens of people with same complaints.
