I ordered a bathing suit from Boutine LA in the beginning of June. When it came it was too small so I exchanged it for a bigger size. I received the bigger size but it was still too small so I returned it in July. I still havent received a refund. I reached out to the company back in June, and had not heard back until I had to accost them for a response. This is regarding order number ******. After a month and a half of contacting them, Boutine finally agreed to refund me. I get ghosted for weeks on end and finally get a response that they would refund me. Its been weeks and they have refused to answer any of my countless emails, I tried to call their headquarters but theres always a voicemail message. This has been an on going ordeal not mentioning them gaslighting and pushing the blame onto me to escape culpability. At this point, I want staff from Boutine to uphold their end of the deal and refund me.Initial Complaint

I placed an order on April 12. Immediately got a text message telling me my order ID which is *************. No email receipt was received. *** sent multiple emails asking for it and my order number. Nothing. Judging off the terrible reviews i doubt they will even ship my order at this point. I would like them to ship my order and send me my receipt. I purchased a bikini for my wife before Christmas. The wrong bikini had been sent to me. I tried emailing to get an exchange initiated I have sent 4-5 emails and sent 3-4 messages through their online portal. I have received no response. The easy exchange is completely false advertising. Order #****** placed on 6/23/23 in the amount of $30 Ordered a size small dress for my wife. When the package arrived the dress was not inside. Instead I received a size large camouflage bikini. Which does her no good. I should add that the packing slip itself was correct. The item was just not included. I have attempted to email the business on 3 different occasions with no response. I made a purchase of 5 items order number ****** for a total of $125.40 on January 8th. The items arrived on January 13th. I returned all the items with shipment tacking confirming the delivery back to Boutine on January 24th. I initially emailed them on February 7th inquiring about the refund. Since that time, now 4 weeks, multiple email exchanges have occurred (I do have all the records) stating they are processing my refund and I will get confirmation in 2 days time. I have yet to receive any type of refund.
