    ZERO STARs Not sure why he is still able to operate. Should of been shut down! Hoping it wasn't true Proceeding to file claim against him. Nothing but false promises along the way and taking advantage of people. Not returning calls, stalling on order............... Doesn't have ***** to return calls. You have taken advantage of a lot of people and now my mother who is a widowed senior! Come to find out the companies license is expired and unable to get insurance bond since there's claims filed against him. Looks like biz is permanently closed now. My mom needs to be reimbursed the 2K-3K+ taken from her on windows for an ADU in *********. This has been ongoing since January 2023. Times are tough , this is not the righteous way to go about it ! Return the money that was paid upfront! Make good on your word , DUDE!

    I would like to give AR Windows NO stars!! Im out $5,904.00. After 4 months of nothing but excuses and broken promises, Im out new windows and money!! I will not recommend this company to anyone. I will be taking this company along with the owner and his wife, who helped him scam not only me but 5 others , to court. I worked hard for the money that I gave him and now without getting a refund I cant get new windows for my house which was built in **** and has the original single pane windows.

    If I can give him a ZERO I would. ***** is a scammer. He came to my house, measured the windows and gave ** a great price. We gave him a check for the deposit and ***** never showed up. This happened February 2023 and we have not heard back from him. He does not answer my text messages or phone calls. I have left him multiple voice messages asking him for a refund. I have not heard back from him.
