At 150pm, on Monday Januray 27th, I filed a for a roadside assistance tow. I was told that they would arrive between 45 and 75 minutes initially. After 75 minutes they texted me and told me the driver would be 20 minutes away. After ****************************** to say he is 5 minutes away, and let's me know he is getting another call and will call me back. Upon the driver calling me.back he let's me know what he has to take a call from *** and will get to me after. I informed the driver I need to be at the shop by 5pm and to let another driver take the *** call as he is on a call. He said he has to take the call and will call me back. I called office back, at which the time if approximately 3:40pm. I asked why the driver never completed the tow, and why they prioritize something someone else over a scheduled tow when they have more than one driver they can dispatch. The phone person was rude and made a blank promise that the driver will be there in 20 minutes. 20 minutes have passed and I called back to speak to a manager or supervisor, to which I was told one wasn't available, but they never checked. And then transfered me to another representative. Who said a supervisor would call me and never did. And it's too late to get my car to the shop.Business Response

I sincerely apologize for the delays and frustration you experienced with your roadside assistance tow on January 27th. We understand how important it was for you to get your vehicle to the shop on time, and we regret any inconvenience this situation caused.
Our priority is always to provide timely service, but at times, emergency law enforcement callssuch as those from the CHPmust be addressed immediately. However, we acknowledge that better communication should have been provided regarding the delay, and we are looking into this matter to improve our response process.
We would like the opportunity to make things right. Please let us know if you still need assistance with your tow, or if there is anything we can do to resolve your concerns. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve our service.

on 8/10/2023 I picked up my car from your yard having to pay a hefty fine on top of that my ********** sunglasses were stolen from my glovebox, I dont think this is fair and I will be reporting your company to the BBB Im not sure how you guys handle this situation but I think its complete bs that I asked your employees in charged of the yard and pretended not to care and try to tell me that their was never any sunglasses in there, my glovebox had been cleaned out with papers spread all over the passenger seat obviously someone went thru it, this paper states my property that I had in the car when it was in your possession. I want compensation for my loss not only the value but this pair of sunglasses hold sentimental value to me. My front bumper was also ripped off s**** this businessBusiness Response

Hi ******,
I apologize for the delay in response to your email.
I spoke with my superior and based on our conversation we make an effort to keep every vehicle in the lot secure from being accessed.
I also spoke with the front office lady and she did state she did go inside the vehicle to retrieve the registration and she did go through the paperwork inside the glove compartment to retrieve the registration.
My determination is to reimburse you for the sunglasses. I browsed online and the Ray Ban sunglasses range in price between $70 to $200.
If you remember the same style you had I would be able to purchase them online for you or issue a check in the amount of the price.Customer Answer

I 'm having a very difficult time corresponding with this company to refund a faulty auto battery they sold me recently, on July 16, ****. They seem to be going out of their way to avoid a simple refund request. I would just drop this battery off but I see they have 5 offices in San Diego County and no one employee seems to be accountable for returns. I need help getting my money back. This incident happened January 4th at 10:45am.I needed a jump start and my insurance provider provided me with Quality Towing and Recovery as the roadside assistance for my jump start.The employee arrives to my vehicle and jump starts my vehicle and it starts right up .I was going to head to pep boys to get a battery installed and the employee upsells me one of their interstate batteries . He starts to struggle in taking out my battery and was moving cables around until he finally got it out the vehicle.He then proceeded to put one of the interstate batteries and he put it the wrong way because he did not know which one was the positive and negative terminal.After he got it into the car he then notices a loose cable and does not know where it was from and tells me if i knew where the cable is from .Which I dont because Im not the professional here because he is the one who was disconnecting the cables. He then proceeds to tell me to turn on the car in which my car does not turn on .He then takes out that battery and puts another new one and my car still does not turn on.He then put my old battery back into my car with a disconnected cable(because he did not know where it came from even though its part of the battery terminal) he tried to jump start me again and my car still did not turn on he then proceeds to tell me that it is my terminals .If it was my terminals my car would not have started the first time he jump started me.He then says to me it is just not your lucky daylike are you kidding me man?My car was working perfectly fine.It is not the starter and it is not the alternator.I am upset and concerned he blew a fuse or a cable or something worse like my cpu /ecu because there is no spark coming from the battery cables.This is just not right and not fair.Why do I have to pay for the mistakes of somebody else ?I am a customer who trusted this company.I put pictures to show that he literally just left my battery there and cables disconnected.Initial Complaint

On 11/15/2022 i requested a fuel delivery through my roadside assistance. They sent quality towing to my aid. Driver gave 2 gallons of diesel fuel instead of regular. When they realized their mistake they offered to have my car towed to their mechanic to have it "fixed" and would bring back to me next day. I was told that car should not be turned on, but when new driver came with a tow truck turned on vehicle to reverse and place in car because it was incovenient for him to place in truck. When they came next day to bring my vehicle back, car sounded horrible, shaking and rattling and accelerating in an odd manner. When i contacted company that was was sounding bad they evaded every call for a month until car finally stopped working completely. Car is still siting in body shop. Trying to file a small claims case but company has been unapologetic and hostile. Horrible company.
