  When I called State Farm for roadside assistance, they dispatched Quality Towing to get my car. Watching their driver handle my vehicle was a nerve-wracking ordeal, from nearly sending it over a ledge to damaging the bumper and tailpipe. Despite filing a claim with Agero (the company State Farm contracts to send roadside assistance), Agero denied it. The denial was based on a photo taken by the tow truck driver after the damage occurred as "evidence" of pre-existing issues. Photos that Agero would not provide to me! If Quality Towing damages your car they will find a way to defraud you. Don't trust them they're not just towing cars, they're towing you into further heartache.

  This towing company made me wait 6 hrs stranded. I have called to file a claim for a tow truck due to my starter going out. I called after 2 hrs of waiting finding out that there was no claim. I filed a claim again the company kept revising the time frame of ETA. Then I made a 2nd call no solution. After the third time of 6 hrs waiting the company stated the driver was on lunch. This is very unprofessional.

  I wish I could give them negative star review. They **** out loud.AAA Asigned them for an unlock as key was locked in. It was about 10:00 PM. About 20 minutes later they called and said it was not "there area" even though they are located 10 miles away? I told them i would file a complaint if I fou d out otherwise. Then as we were standing outside by the described vehicle their truck drove by and did not stop as we tried to flag him down and he did not turn around.I called AAA back and tild then and they called back 15 minutes later saying that is was in their area but AAA got tired od arguing with them so would send someone else out from about 3O miles away by 11:30 PM That worked out fine. So now im going to file a complaint against quality towing with the BBB. As I'm having a relapse from my cold from standing outside at a friends hours during this ordeal.

  I requested a tow service through state farm. I am able to track where the driver is when it's on its way to pick me up. This time I wasn't with my car so I was tracking the whole trip through the link state farm provides. I was the driver drove by the dealership it was supposed to go to but didn't deliver the ** in ***********, **. For a whole hour the driver was in ********, **. When I would call the company, which was about 5 times, they would always say the driver was **** min out. I requested for the driver to contact me which he never did. Previous drivers have always called or texted me to keep me updated. Also, the driver from the day before messaged me before arriving and called me when he dropped off my car at the first dealership it was supposed to go to. I did threaten to take legal action since the driver had my car at another location that I did not approve of, none of the employees were able to give me an accurate answer and were "unable" to get in contact with the driver. Worse customer service and experience with them.

  Terrible company. Was told at 3:30 pm truck would arrive in an hour. Truck arrived at 6:50 pm. Each call to company said truck would arrive in 15 minutes. All lies. Dont use this company.

  What a joke. I locked myself out of my car and called my insurance to get my truck opened and they sent quality towing. So many thing wrong with this company. The tech started working on the car without me present. I told him I was 10 mins away and that he would start what a mistake that was. Not only was he not experienced he damaged my door seals and punched a hole in my seat with his tool.2. He told me to call his company and that they would take care of it. I called them and now the driver and company is denying the issue and that someone else did it. Do not use this company they will damage your car!!!Thank God my insurance will take care of it and take them off their vendors list.

  Worst towing company I've encountered anywhere. AAA should really reconsider using such crappy companies with no authenticity The dispatchers talk to you in a rude, discourteous tone and have no sense of urgency to help you.They will promise the tow drivers to show up at a certain time and they never do. Then when you call to cancel and reschedule, they apologize and tell you they will show up next day morning.When my tow was originally cancelled and rescheduled, the driver called 10 mins before 7 am the arrival time and said that he knows that mechanic personally and they don't open till 9 so he can't just take the car there and leave it.I spoke personally to the mechanic and scheduled a spot for the tow driver to leave the car and keep the key in the drop box and the mechanic is like yeah all ******** do that thats not something new and we always have tow drivers drop off cars at all times and leave keys in drop box.They will hang up on you, and are very unpleasant to talk to.When they do show up, they act like an entitled brat - the guy wont even roll his window down when I approached the tow truck and kept on his phone call while gesturing me to hold on for like 3 minutes. Pure dirt customer service. Never again !
