      Excellent and prompt communications with both the main **** office, concerning refrigerator repair, and with the sub-contracted technician, Nor, who kept me up to date via text. Nor is a fantastic technician! Friendly, knowledgeable, and very punctual, arriving almost to the minute he said he would, on both visits. His diagnostic visit was on a Friday afternoon. When he determined the fridge's fan motor was the cause of the noises, he immediately ordered the part (OEM). Said he'd be back on Wed (today) to install the new motor; again he was prompt, actually arriving a few minutes earlier than projected arrival time. (This was a first for me; never have I had any service technician be so prompt!) Nor cleaned up well after himself, too, and actually went a step beyond to help me replace a couple of the drawers which this senior lady had found a bit tricky. He then advised me when it would be safe to restock the fridge. Nor was a complete professional! I started this review immediately after he left because I was so impressed with his work that I didn't even care to wait to speak to the durability of the repair. But I have not doubt that I will have no issues. One very satisfied customer here, giving a Grade A for **** and Grade A++ for Nor!

      Dryer was not fixed. Paid over $350 but there was still an issue. Scheduled another appt after talking to the support people. Not only did they charge me $14.90 for talking to them, they sent an email saying if they found any new issue, I would be charged again for the service plus parts. I feel I should not have to pay for another service. I'll never use them again. I could have almost bought another dryer for this price.

      As stated on the email sent after you were approved for a ***************** Call, "A technician will be sent to your location to diagnose your device and see if the issue is correlated to our original repair. If it is, the repairs will be covered by the guarantee."

      **** offers a 90 Day Guarantee on the part and or installation that was completed on the initial repair. Any other adjustments or failures to the same appliance that are not part and/or have no correlation to the original repair completed and if an additional part needs to be replaced are subject to an additional service fee and will be charged accordingly.

      Why can't they give zero stars as an option? $89 service fee is your start. Tech came to check a small leak in my washing machine. He unscrewed a panel and looked around. He didn't see any leak so just put the panel on tighter. He's not even sure he fixed the problem. For 30 mins, final bill was $317. This service is a total rip off. I'll never use it again.
