    This company is incredibly frustrating to deal with. The product I purchased became damaged within the first week, and when I tried to reach out for help under their lifetime warranty, I was completely ignored for days. After multiple attempts to contact them, they finally responded, but instead of resolving the issue, they made the process as difficult as possible. They kept asking for more details even though I had already explained everything multiple times. It feels like they are deliberately trying to wear down their customers to avoid honoring their warranty. They also tried to justify their behavior by mentioning they work with law enforcement, which has nothing to do with their poor customer service. In the end, *** lost all trust in this company, their products, and their warranty. If you value your time and money, avoid doing business with them.

    Do not buy from this place! I bought a gift for my father-in-law, and he never received it. If you're going to buy from this place expect to be robbed.

    I guess I was LUCKY...I bought the FIRESTORM JPX 4 Compact Shot Defender Pepper Gun...I was told it was lethal...I've never had guns ever...The way things are going in the **...I wanted some extra protection...I like my Pepper Gun because it looks like a real gun and intimidating...I as well didn't like the way these guys conducted business...Very Unprofessional...I still haven't loaded the Cartridges and wondering if my gun is Brand New or perhaps used...It arrived in a nice case with ********** included...And I'm worried about my credit card information if they would use it illegally ?Can't the Authorities Arrest all involved with Self Defense Product Inc?Everyone Please Stay Safe and Don't forget to have fun I gave it a 1 star rating...wish there was a minus 5 star rating.

    This is a scam company. I ordered my teaser gun that was over 3 hundred dollars 2 months ago, they owner did not ship me anything. I sent emails ask and he replied the first 2 Emails said it was delayed. And then never respond to me. I have lost my money . Do NOT do any business with this scammer.

    Good luck trying to get your subscription money back. After joining, and paying, then having to go through endless upsell screens, I decided that I didnt like the way these guys did business. After asking for a refund I was warned that I would never be able to do business with them forever. Seriously? Just give me my **** money back. 3 weeks now with no answers to my emails.

    Self Defense Products Inc. is a rip-off. The guy running the show is James L*****, and he's a thief. I ordered a pair of size "L" SAP-gloves. When they arrived they were too small. I called them that day and several other times to get the return/exchange procedure from them. After trying multiple times using voicemail with no one ever calling me back, I returned the gloves via USPS and on Aug. 24, 2022 J. Le**** signed that he received my return. With the return I enclosed a note with all my contact info, explaining that I wanted to exchange the gloves I returned for the same glove, only in the XL size. Today is 9/17/22 and I have yet to receive the XL gloves; I even offered to pay for the shipping of the XL gloves to me.
    Interesting to note that today, the company's address is now a PO Box in Lake Arrowhead, CA., but their phone number is still the same when their website placed them in Colorado Springs, CO. I strongly suggest NOT doing business with this joker, no matter what.
