    I ordered 15 count bottles of 7-oh 50 mg each. I take care of a stage 4 cancer victim that this medicine helps. They sent 20 milligram tabs and gave me a credit of 68 dollars. I was only asking for 50 percent reimbursement. I got 1500 mg instead of ************************************************************************************ their retail pricing. It's very expensive helping this ***** ** victim only to be victimized further by this company

    I have reached out now and given them three business days to respond to my request for a refund due to them not having the product that I ordered.

    I placed an order with this company on 6/5/2024 order number ******. The order was supposed to be shipped and delivered via Express Mail 3-5 business days. Which I paid extra for as well. To this moment I have not received the shipment and the tracking number shows the package is waiting acceptance. So, the package has not even left **********, **. The tracking number is ******************************************************************************************************** I have contacted this company no less than 10 times and they refuse to even get on the phone after the answering service answers the phone. I have called every day and finally I got an answer, and I was told "management would like for me to wait longer". It does not take 20 days to receive a package which has been sitting in ********** for 20 days. The people who own this do not seem to care or are unbothered by the fact this has happened almost as if this is regular occurrence with these people. Something needs to be done because all of this is not okay.
