    I ordered once, previously with this company and received my order fine. I ordered 7/11/2025, received no confirmation on my order, tried to sign into my account and it wouldnt accept, tried the reset password option, no email from them. I called, spoke to a female who said someone would call me back and suggested I send an email. I sent email, and it came back as undeliverable. I sent an email through another email address and have not received a response. Today I filed a dispute with my cc company, as the charge went through yesterday, 7/15/2025. I have still not received any order confirmation or shipping information. I fully expect a total refund to my credit card, and Im hoping it happens quickly. Not sure what is going on with this company, but Im pretty sure that a business model that relies on poor service isnt the best way to go forward.

    Horrible customer service and they dont honor there 1 or 2 day air shipping but charge $30-$50 extra depending which you go with. Dont trust there shipping dates

    ***** ***** is a rude passive aggressive customer service rep. ********** I think they do good work. He just seems to relish the opportunity to **** off loyal customers and ignore well intentioned feedback. 3 stars because other than when I had to interact with him, I got my product relatively quickly and their prices are fair. ***** was helpful.

    I ordered from this company a number of times without issue. Most recently made an order that was shipped to the wrong shipping address due to an error on their end. Its now been a week and they have not responded to my emails or phones calls to even provide an update on order status or acknowledge the issue. Per ****** the order was returned to sender and delivered back to them days ago. $400+ worth of product and paid extra for shipping and they cant even acknowledge their customer reaching out inquiring. Stay away from this company! There are other companies with comparable prices that actually offer customer service.

    Were truly sorry for the delay and any frustration this situation has caused. According to ***** tracking, the package was marked as returned, but unfortunately, it was never delivered back to our warehouse. Despite that, weve decided to take the loss on our end and go ahead with issuing a full refund for your order. Additionally, we did reach out to ***** *****, who we were informed is your boyfriend, and explained the situation to him with a request to share the update with you. We appreciate your past support and regret the inconvenience you experienced.

    I recently placed a very expensive order (over 1k!) for a specific product. What they sent me was completely different, not even the same milligram. They failed to contact me to let me know that they were out of what I ordered, even though I was able to add a certain amount to my cart. I'm sure the price is way different but I was charged the same amount for the higher milligram. They're completely unresponsive to the numerous emails and chats I've sent. I don't know if I'm going to be able to dispute this with my bank, but I'm going to try. I should have looked up reviews, so that's on me. ***** this company at all costs!!

    The customer received the wrong item due to a mistake made by our shipping department. We responded to their email and provided a prepaid return label so the incorrect item could be sent back to us. Once we receive it, we are prepared to either issue a full refund or send a replacement order with priority handling based on the customer's preference.

    ******** company with horrible customer service and do not stand by their products. An over $200 order shipped late after paying for expedited priority delivery, then lost in the postal system they refuse to refund. Would not return phone calls about the item and made no effort to try to resolve the issue telling me it wasn't their responsibility. Do not buy from this company. They do not stand by their product and they do not give a rat's a** about their customers or reputation apparently.

While its never our intention to cause any inconvenience, we clearly fell short in handling your order and communication properly. We do want to clarify that once an order leaves our facility and is in the hands of the carrier, we no longer have control over its handling or delivery, though we still try to assist as much as possible in tracking and resolving shipping issues. That said, its disappointing to hear that we didnt meet the standard of support you expected, and we take your concerns seriously.     Would not recommend ordering from this vendor. I ordered a product from them that I was getting locally from a smoke shop to save some money and buy in bulk. The product they sent was in similar packaging but still slightly different from what I got from smoke shop. I checked the manufacturer website and they dont even have packages like that available. I believe this vendor and some others are selling counterfeit products. I sent email to pureleafkratom and they stated that it might be new packaging and formula but manufacturer website doesnt mention at all. This company seems very shady and I will not use them again and will advise others to avoid at all cost. The product looked different, taste different, consistency was different and the effects were different. I have also reached out to the manufacturer as to get more information and alert them that there are products out there using there likeness to mislead consumers

    Total snakes. I placed a next day *** delivery. The package only got to me 4 days later because I had to drive 45 mins in traffic to the ************ *** hub to track down package. When I look at the package, I realized it had a different address on label then the address ***** at Pure Leaf sent to me. I called and spoke to ****** at ********* and he said he saw the mistake and would refund my money for the next day shipping and it would take 1 to 3 business days to get refund. It's been 2 weeks now and no refund and will not answer my phone calls or messages. These people are cowards and no business ethics. I have spent over $6,000.00 with them and they basically through away my business relationship over $40.00 and not having the confront or professional business ethics to call me back. They basically stold $40.00 from me. They're criminals and karma gets all low life criminals. I sure hope the BBB investigates these douche bags.

    Be very careful ordering from this company online. I have had multiple order now that were missing items and they refuse to respond when told and asked to rectify the situation. They KNOW they didnt include all items that were ordered but they dont reply. Its very unethical.
