      I recently scheduled a 4-hour cleaning service with BLT and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. From start to finish, the service fell far below my expectations, leaving me frustrated and dissatisfied.First and foremost, punctuality was a major issue. The cleaning person was scheduled to arrive at 8 am, but I received a text message at 7:30 am, informing me of an additional delay and a new estimated arrival time of 8:30 am. Considering I had planned my entire day around this service and had to leave my house by 12 pm, this delay was already inconvenient.To add to my frustration, the cleaning person (Gabby) didn't arrive until 8:45 am, 45 minutes late. This resulted in a reduced cleaning time, leaving me with only 3 hours instead of the agreed-upon 4 hours. I called the owner about this to express my disappointment and frustration regarding the cleaning person's tardiness. Instead of offering understanding or extending an apology, the owner responded with indifference and a dismissive attitude stating he doesn't know why she's late so he can't speak on it. Shockingly, the owner even had the audacity to suggest that my expectation of timeliness was unreasonable, asserting that it was not uncommon for services to arrive significantly late for an hourly service. This response not only invalidated my concerns but also demonstrated a lack of accountability and a disregard for the basic expectations of punctuality in a service-based industry.Moreover, the cleaning person arrived ill-prepared and without the necessary cleaning supplies advertised by the company. Instead of a well-equipped professional, she showed up with a bucket of rags about 2 cleaning products. I didn't spot any essential tools such as a mop, broom, vacuum, or even a duster. This lack of proper equipment made it apparent that the cleaning person was ill-equipped to perform a thorough job.Upon instructing the cleaner to start in my bedroom and work her way to the kitchen, I was shocked by the subpar results. My bathroom, which was supposedly cleaned, didn't even have the faintest scent of cleaning products. Additionally, one of my glasses was broken during the cleaning process, and the cleaner showed no remorse or apology for the mishap.When I requested the cleaner to sweep and mop the floors, she postponed it until the end, which was never able to be done. Meanwhile I asked her to please fold my clothes and place them on the chair in my bedroom, she failed to fold my clothes neatly, leaving them in a messy pile on a chair. My dresser and TV stand were left untouched, with items thrown about, rendering the surfaces completely hidden. Even my bed was poorly made, with a wrinkled comforter and my sheets hanging below the comforter uneven and untucked.Moving on to other rooms, the quality of work didn't improve. My daughter's room was treated similarly, with only the bed made haphazardly, while the rest of the room remained cluttered and unattended. The guest bathroom and the entire living room was left untouched.As time was running out, I had to take matters into my own hands and assist the cleaner in order to achieve some semblance of cleanliness. It became evident that the cleaner lacked the necessary skills and attention to detail to provide the service I paid for. Furthermore, I had to intervene and clean the kitchen sink, as the cleaner spent an astonishing 25 minutes washing a mere **** dishes. It was disheartening to witness such inefficiency and a lack of proficiency, further amplifying my dissatisfaction with the overall service.When I finally decided to terminate the service prematurely, with about an hour remaining I called the owner to express my disappointment. Instead of showing concern and offering a resolution, the owner still responded defensively and dismissively. It was disappointing to experience this lack of accountability, as the owner continued to invalidate my frustrations and even went so far as to accuse me of "trash-talking" the company. Despite the unsatisfactory service provided, I upheld my end of the agreement and ensured that the cleaning person was paid for the two hours she was present. In light of this response, I feel compelled to share my honest experience and leave a detailed review, as the owner himself suggested.Overall, this entire experience has left me traumatized and deeply dissatisfied. The unprofessionalism, lack of punctuality, substandard cleaning practices, and the dismissive response from the company owner are unacceptable. I strongly advise potential customers to seek alternative cleaning services that prioritize professionalism, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
