      The worst cleaning service ever used. Called late to say they were going to be late and showed even later than the adjusted time. She spent an hour in the bathroom and made it look worse than how it looked originally and when illuminated did nothing to make it better. Asked her to leave and ***, owner of the company defended her rather than attempting to resolve the issue.

      If it wasn't a cleaner not showing, it was a cleaner taking my cleaning products and supplies. When speaking with ******** about this, he was confrontational and accused me of lying. I regret them knowing where I live

      The cleaner was falling down drunk when I came back home after the 3 hr minimum. Had dirtied and pretty much destroyed my apartment. She had broken the refrigerator and stove, also the blinds. She had spit out food everywhere, it was truly disgusting. Would not leave my house, would not give back the money. Called the company, and did nothing to help or make the situation better. Truly traumatizing...felt very violated
