    I paid to have key and fob made for my car. The fob did not function properly. I returned to the business to correct the issue. The owner failed to fix the issue. The owner threatened me in front of my 3 year old son. He " said he had the devil in him and I needed to calm down for the sake of my children." I took that a threat on my kids life. The owner of this business has other reviews of bad service. I filed a police report the case number #L250900914. He also went on to make false claims under my ****** review saying I had medical conditions such as dementia which is false. I feel my character has been *********** kids and I threatened. I don't want this to happen to other people. At the end of all of this I'm out 180 bucks and stuck with a fob that doesn't work.

    Do not do business with Heloh Locksmith. It's been over a year and he still hasn't refunded my money. ***** business owner.

    August 29, 2023, I went to Heloh Locksmith for my car door lock to be fix, I paid *************************** the amount of $206 for the car door key, I have a receipt and invoice and he said he will going to order the part and he will just call me after a week but 2 weeks passed by no call or text, so I assumed the part has not arrive yet but after 1 month I called him, no answer still, I left messages no call back, so I texted him, he said we will go to his Shop Monday, October 2nd, me and my wife we waited there at his Shop an hour or so, he didnt showed up, I called his phone no answer, Heloh Shop was closed so we left because I had Doctors appointment, so we called him the next day again no answer, I texted him again he said next Wednesday 11 AM because last week he had a Family Emergency and went there again he didnt showed up, again we texted him because he never answer the phone if youre already his customer, then again he texted me that he had to go to traffic court, will install my car door lock next Tuesday that he will just go to my house, I gave him my address and waited all day he didnt come nor called or text, by then I texted him that he need to just refund my money, because he already inconvenient me so many times and wasting my time but he said this time he will do it next Tuesday because he has colds, but after another week today October 24, 2023, he didnt showed up I waited outside more than an hour, he texted me hes busy! My goodness!Heloh Locksmith business conduct is totally unacceptable! Heloh wasting my valuable time and reading all their reviews in YELP kind of scary, I should had read their reviews first before I do business with Heloh Locksmith!I just hope that you will do some appropriate action about my complain so this Locksmith or *************************** will not SCAM, VICTIMIZE or inconvenient anyone or customer like me. This is not just about the money, its the business conduct and how this Locksmith treat their customers.Thank you.
