    Fast talker who says he is going to do job one way then does not but charges the same for less work. Quotes price for 4 parts to job but does only 1 but still charges for 4. Installed a way lesser quality lock than quoted but charged for higher quality lock.

    Do not hire them, he will make you wait mths to finish a job. Always too busy with excuses. Lots of lies. Lies, lies!!

    i thought i lost my key fob i called heloh, he had me wait two longer for him when i called he would say he's 20 min. away an really it was an hour and 45 min. later. so he starts to work on my car while in my other car i find the key i thought i lost i tell him before it's completed, he than offered to program both key's since he's already there. i felt that was a good deal and i would have an extra key so i allowed him to continue. after the first key was done, he acted like he was moving on to the next key but than said he wasn't able to because it was locked and he needed a device he had at his business and he would take care it and to come by tomorrow. i paid $ 285 for a very cheap key i gave him my key so he could unlock it. that was Aug. 1 he never did anything he said he would not only that when finally got him to give my back Aug. 23 because i was tired of him giving me the run around hanging up on me and different lies my key fob no longer works a $660 ***** key fob and on top of that he stole the battery out of it. don't waste your time with this guy he seems very trouble. just look how he responds to his customers review'sAttach ******************

    Heloh locksmith, ******* will take your money and give you a faulty key, ******* told me that my ignition was old and needed to be replaced and that is why the key he sold me is not working. I took my car to the dealer and they told me I need a new key, the ignition is fine. I left a message let ******* know what the dealer said, he called me back and told me he would replace my key and he had a batch of bad keys. When I tried to get a hold of ******* to pick up a replacement key, ******* will not call me back or respond to my messages and now the keys is not working. DO NOT BUY A KEY FROM HELOH.
