Purchased item July 29. Order said delivered but did not receive item. I contacted the company and shipping company *****. Company did their own investigation. ***** just said item was delivered but could not confirm where. Intex said they could not reship or reimburse order until they heard from ***** which would take 14 days. They said I would get an email with the outcome. I got a response from ***** after a few days but the company said they never got a response. I kept making contact with Intex and they kept saying they are waiting for a response. After a month they still never heard from *****. They said I still had to wait. I continued to wait. I would reach out and they would say nothing yet. I asked to speak to a supervisor and I never got a call back. It is now been over 2 months. I reached out to them again today and they informed me that they got the response back from ***** and I will not get the item reshipped or refunded. I called and asked to speak to a supervisor again. I called around 12pm. Was told i will get a call back by the end of the day. I called again at 4:30 was told I will still get a call. No call. I called at 4:58 (they close at 5pm). They were closed. ***** did not deliver the item to my house. If I do not get a refund or the item then you are stealing my money and that is a crime. I was told I would receive a phone call by a ****** 10/19 and I still have not received a phone call (now going onto 10/21). Now can a company do this to a customer. All I want in the item I ordered. I called the company today. Spoke to two people who told me that they can not help me, one just transferred me to the call center who can not help. I don't understand how a customer who did not receive their item is getting just rude and lack of help from a company. This is very disappointing.

I spoke with ***** and they said you did not request a signature so it is on the vendor's responsibility to refill the order. They also told me you are wanting them to pay for the product to be reshipped and that is not how their company works. If you wanted a signature and it was not shipped to the correct customer then they would accept the claim. You as the vendor need to fulfill the order or this will become theft and legal action will need to be taken. It would be cheaper to just reship the item owed to me. I have never dealt with a company who would basically steal a customers money. If this does not get resolved then I would like the corporate office to give me a call. I doubt they would like to hear how a customer is being treated so poorly.

I purchased an air mattress from Walmart and after using it 2 times it started deflating, I called customer service/warranty department and they submitted a warranty claim. They advised me to upload my receipt online which I did the same day 10/3. They advised me a replacement would be sent out in 7-9 business days. Today 10/12 I went online and called to check on my claim. They advised me at this time they needed a cut out of the mattress and I could not load it I have to mail it in. I will send the WHOLE thing back if you send me a prepaid box! They said unfortunately you are past the time frame and we cannot do that. They never told me I have to upload a cut out of the product! We spent hundreds of dollars on parts to refresh our two season old pool. New poles and a new liner.
Their part warranties are 90 days from date of purchase which is not a sufficient warranty since they often take a week or more to ship their parts.
Our replacement liner had been in use less than 90 days and we had a seam failure. A split approximately 6 inches long.
We called intex the day it happened and their rep told us they would not help since we ordered it 106 days prior.
We asked to talk to a supervisor and they claimed we would hear back from them and we never did.
Called a second time a week later and same thing. Told a supervisor would call....have heard nothing.Business Response

This is a poor warranty policy for parts.
We contacted Intex on Sept 2, which means your part failed 10 days after your warranty(from date received) and less that 90 days of actual use. As you know it takes time to install a pool and we did not put this liner up the day it was received.
There should be some consideration for this and a good will gesture would be appreciated in this case, even if it is simply a discount code towards a new liner once they are in stock.

Look into order #********* and if your reps actually entered in any information about our claims into your system you should see that we did indeed contact you twice about this and were told we would hear back from a supervisor both times.

The company charged me $8.07 for shipping of a $1.89 part. The shipping was said to be via FedEx. Upon receipt, the part was shipped via USPS with a postage cost of $4.50. The company is consistently lying to customers about the cost of shipping and pocketing the excess.Business Response

Since 2017 I have purchased 4 Intex pool pumbs for my above ground Intex pools. They seem to be defects as they don't hold up from year to year.
I sent the company certified mail with all the information, when purchased and receipts and all information regrading the purchase of these pumps.
I have yet to hear anything back. I gave them a date in when I should hear back and if I didn't I would file a complaint with the****.
I don't know what other options i have. They are selling faulty pumps.Business Response

These pumps are faulty. The least they could do is send me a pump for all ,Ive been through . They just dont last and they all have the same default that cannot be fixed. Inwill start a class action law suite

on 9/27/2022 I contacted Intex to do a warranty claim on the sofa bed because the valve or something has failed.
I reached a representative named ****** who was extremely rude and refused to cofirm that Intex was falsely advertising on the******* website because there is a 90 day limited manufacturer warranty advertised on the ****** website and according to Intex and ****** there is no warranty on this product.Business Response

I purchased this pool for my own personal use. Just me no one else. I used this pool 3 times last year then properly stored it for winter in a extra large plastic tote. This year when I installed it it had tiny holes in the top ring that holds air. I repaired the few that I found but it still would not keep the air in it so the water basically spewed over and somehow the ring filled with water. I paid $583 for this to only use 3 times! I reached out to Intex several times but they said the warranty is over. I never got to use at all this year because of this problem. A major hassle I dealt with all summer to install and not use and then to drain and rid of this season. Not to mention 2 water bill for filling it twice!!Business Response

I contacted intex in regards to a pool I purchased. I notified them that the pool was defective and that I needed a replacement part which was still under warranty. I have already put the pool together and filledit before noticing the defective part. Where I live there are strict watering guidelines that must be followed so just dumping the water and cutting up the part that is defective to send them pieces is not plausible. They informed me that is the only way to receive a replacement. I explained to them my laws and the fine I would incur if I decided to do that with no assist from them. I am not just able to fill a pool at will it has to be during certain times of day and I can't just drain it to fill it again. They refused to help me or assist in the fine I would receive if I did do what they asked.Business Response

I purchased a SimpleSpa June 2, 2022. The Spa has had continuing leaks through the air pressure release valve. I called under the warranty attached to which they stated that the retailer I purchased from was not an authorized retailer and my warranty was not valid. Nowhere in the warranty does it state that it is null and void depending on the retailer. All aspects of the warranty are met. Purchased an above ground easy setup 10x30 pool from Walmart online July of 2022. Set the pool up as directed and after about a week realized that the pump was not moving the water. Contacted in text filed a claim and got a new pump approximately 2 weeks later. By this point had to drain the pool and start over again so pool was again reset up as recommended with the new pump. Went on vacation for a week two weeks ago and when we returned noticed that the top inflatable was no longer as inflated so added more air to it to see that it was blowing the air back into the water. So have again contacted and text about the claim and they say that I have to pay to mail part of the pool back to them to get a new pool. This $130 pool has already cost me hundreds of dollars and wasted water and set up and reset up so now I'll be charged to mail them back the defective part of the pool at my cost. What good is a warranty on a product for which I have only owned two months and have gotten to use for approximately 2 weeks of that time if all it's going to do is keep costing me more money. I feel the intense company needs to replace the pool at their cost and if they want a piece of the pool mail to them that should be at their cost as well not mine. I have already spent way more than planned on this pool and do not recommend that anyone purchase any Intex products . Their warranties just require you to spend more money to get what is supposed to be already covered. My resolution for this problem is is that you should send me a new pool and because it is the end of summer and it will not get set up again this year my warranty should cover it forBusiness Response
