    I've had my Intex Spa for about a month now, use it frequently. Just to say that i am palisade with the results I'm getting from my setup. Not getting anything from Intex saying this I just appreciate a good product that is working out for me.

    Above ground pool filter pump system problems. Model 530 GPH. In 6 years have purchased 5 pumps. Made in ***** - all break. (Purchase dates from Amazon 9/13, 8/17, 8/22, 7/25). In 2022 I called Intex. They graciously sent me a replacement pump. Since it was end of season, I did not open. Finally opened it last week. It leaks where motor meets housing. Called Intex. Sent pics, etc. "Sorry out of warranty." Really? You sent me this. I have the packing slip, box, etc. It does work, but leaks buckets. Poor customer service leads me to forever give up on Intex brands. (My pool is full of holes anyhow -this is the last season. Had to purchase 2 pools in last 6 years). Poor quality items. Poor ***************** Done.

    Regarding the replacement pump you received in 2022: while we understand the disappointment, we must respectfully clarify that our warranty is based on the original purchase datein this case, August 21, 2022. As outlined in the terms and conditions of your warranty claim, any issues with a replacement product must be reported within 15 days of receipt.

    We sincerely apologize that were unable to assist further due to the time that has passed. Your feedback is extremely important and has been shared with our team as we continuously work to improve our product quality and service experience.

    This is what is wrong with Intex spa tubs. ***************************************************************************** The secondary or right-side cold-water return does not work. The tubing inside the tub needs an elbow and proper ******** have a manufacturing defect. Someone needs to investigate this and disseminate the correct information to the people in the call centers. It would behoove someone at Intex to create a recall, as sending the same tub repeatedly through your warranty is not going to correct the problem.Intex has made support for your products the most non-customer-centric thing I have ever dealt with. This is no fault of the people in the call centers, your policies and training have caused this insane dysfunction!I have spent hours on the phone and in their chat. You are not allowed to speak to a supervisor, no one understands you. I have spent over a thousand dollars trying to get the spa to work. I am at my wits end, I don't know what else to do.

    ****************. Had my intex pool for a little over a month and the liner ripped. The year warranty was voided because where the hole in the liner was and the picture taken shows in there words mud so it avoids warranty even though it was from the liner hole. Do not recommend them especially for there product breaking and not taking care of their customers with there factory warranty

    Prior to purchasing a 20' liner, I read other reviews and was skeptical of buying due to ***orts of others receiving a liner that leaked...I ordered anyhow and my fear came true when my brand new liner was found to have a seam leak. As for customer support, there is no human voice call option (as indicated on packing slip). I found the only option was chat and my 1st session took 1 hour and 25 minutes (actual) to get a ***lacement order going. After a week and no response from ***lacement order I started another chat and found out that the 1st Intex *** did not attach something to my order (on Intex end) and this would have sat forever without being fulfilled. So I had to start a 2nd chat session and *** acknowledged error and has apparently "taken care of it". We shall see but I am NOT impressed by the overall product quality nor handling of the aftermath.

    The rip off for shipping on 2 hoses is absurd. They only offer few ex shipper, yet Fed ex uses other forms of shipping according to them. I call bs. You dont send an item to *** ex for shipping and then they ship another way! It is highway robbery. Last time ever to buy anything associated with Intex.

    Unreliable products and poor customer service. I purchased a fast fill durabeam queen air mattress less than three months ago and used it two times. It has since sprung a leak. Since I purchased this product with cash, and I dont have the box, the manufacturer will not swap me out the broken one for a new one.

    Bought a inflatable hot tub July 2024. And from November 24 to April 2025 I put it up or the ********* in 4 months or so .I have been through 2 pumps a cover that leaked and filled up with water. They said they would sent me another pump. But i have to send picture of cut off cord. I have sent them 15 pics, And the say they didn't get the pic. They can't speak good English to explain. Only to say it's my email that's messed up.Rude asians!!DO NOT BUY FROM INTEX! HORRIBLE PRODUCT. AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMERS SERVICE.

    Thieves!! I have now purchased THREE of these garbage air mattresses, all of which leaked and wouldn't hold air, out of the box. The store ********* refuses to accept them as returns, if they were removed from the box and inflated etc. , but Intex expects you to keep packaging and receipts from months ago in-order to even START a claim!!The electric pump finally failed on one of them, from having to constantly keep inflating it due to it not holding air, and they refused to even send a replacement pump!!They know EXACTLY what they are and have been doing to consumers, as there are countless bad reviews of their product(s) and laughably bad "customer service" online ************** DOES THIS COMPANY ACTUALLY STAY IN-BUSINESS?! SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE!!!

As noted in the owners manual, a receipt or order and delivery confirmation (for online orders) is required to validate the limited manufacturer warranty. Without these documents, we are unable to process a claim.
