    On August 9, 2024, I ordered a size 8, Beach Bunny Watermelon skates from Moxi Skates through their website. Before purchasing the skates, I reviewed the return policy, which allowed for returns within 30 days of receipt if the skates were in mint condition. We received the skates on August 16. And my credit card was charged the $154.12. My daughter tried them on inside, rolled about 30 feet on the wood floor and realized that they were too big. We put the skates back in the plastic sleeves and back in the boxes that they arrived in. I emailed **** to ask how I return them. They sent an email on August 21 with directions and a return label for ***.I printed out the label & affixed it to the box and dropped it off at the *** store. The tracking label shows that the returned skates were delivered to Moxi on August 28. I checked my credit card transaction on August 30 and there were no refunds showing. I sent an email that same day to **** asking about the status. I have received no response to that email.Today, Sept 5, I again checked my credit card transactions and found no refund. I went to the Moxi website, hoping to find a phone number. There is none. I typed a message in the Chat box there, but no one responded and I waited for 30 minutes without anyone responding. I would like the refund of at least the skates $119 and taxes charged.

    that your return was received on August 28th, and was processed the following week on September 5th. I do see there was a delay in the processing of your return, and we give our apologizes for the wait time you experienced. Your refund of $130.25 was initiated on September 5th, however bank processing takes at times, up to 7 days. I am seeing here that your refund processed into your account on September 7th, so the funds should be available to you now.

    On 3/25/24 I purchased two pairs of skates from Moxi website on 4/4/24 I received and email saying my package arrived ,after contacting *** and tracking it online I realized my package was sent to the wrong address and then after contacting the manufacturer they used I was told only one pair of skates was shipped to begin with so now Im missing both items I paid for and have tried multi different avenues to contact this company and Im being ignored entirely
