    Habitual bad business practices. I work in the industry and everyone knows. They will steal your ideas, photography, artwork for personal gain. Theres zero respect for artists. When I contacted the owner about my photos repeatedly being used without my permission I was told cant guarantee it wont happen again and then was blocked from their social media. Other photographers/business owners have similar stories. This is not a company built on integrity.

    If you are considering purchasing these skates, be forewarned: the vinyl plates can be very dangerous because they flex.If you are a larger person (like me) and you are going to be skating outdoors, I would advise that you replace the vinyl plates with metal plates. There is a lot of heat that transfers to the plate as you skate & the plates will become flexible and you can get very hurt. I broke my ankle because I had a false sense of security, not thinking about that. Plus, the stops on the plastic plate can pull right out, along with the part that the toe stop screws into. This is very, very dangerous if you are skating outdoors. You can trip over the stop if it becomes loose, potentially hurting yourself very badly.I really wanted these skates to be worth the ridiculous amount i paid for them, but if you consider that I had to buy wheels and plates and a rear stop, I am now well over $600 for a pair of skates I am only marginally happy with.If you are looking for skates to help get in shape I would definitely recommend getting a pair with METAL PLATES.

    Ordered skates in December that I have not received. It is now March. Had I known in Dec they were non-transparent and do not care about their customers no matter how many times I reach out I would have NEVER ordered anything from them. You cant call them, their customer service through text and email are unprofessional and I believe at this point the only way to get their attention is through public comments. I have not skated in months and as former support of **** Im disappointed and devastated reading these comments and finding so many people having similar experiences. I just want my skates.
