    I Sent an amateur radio amplifier 1412G in for service back in the middle of September of 2024. It's is now January 16th of 25. I was told before I sent it that there was about 2 week turnaround. Well I started checking buy calling after 3 weeks. was told by ***** that he'd check into it and call me back. That has been the name of the game since I started trying to get information on the status of my AMP. In late November I told him just send it back. And again he said he'd look into it and get back to me. Now when I call it just goes to the answering service and says end of tape. I wish I had done a little more research before I sent this $500 amp in for service. I need it back or fixed. Thanks

    Bought 3 amps from him. The Tx/Rx relay failed in them shortly thereafter. I sent them in about 18 months ago and he has been giving excuses after excuses on the phone. Now all i can get is an answering maching. He wont return my 0552G, 1452G or my 2252G . Responses to email stopped about a year ago. Now i don't even have the amps. I got a sense of pathological lying during the phone interactions but passed it off . Reading the other complaints, i see my gut feeling was right .

    Like the other complaints , a TE systems amplifier was sent to them for repair, in may/June 2023. After not receiving any confirmation as to even receiving the equipment, we attempted to contact by ************** On two occasions someone actually answered the **************** it had been received & they would look into the status of the repair. And get back to us. Nothing was ever heard & its December 2023. Latest attempt resulted in the usual answering machine message. I gave them option of just sending it back to me , un-repaired & shipping costs to no avail. Does anyone in the ******* have any information on the status of this company? Any help in resolving this dispute with this Company would be appreciated.***************** ******, **

    Sent in two (2) 1452G amps over a year ago.. Same response as the rest of the folks.. I still have not received my AMPS. All I get now is an answering machine..

    In November 2021, like others shipped a broken amplifier to the business for repair. After numerous emails, and phone calls and every excuse under the sun was told the amp was being fixed, its open, on the bench. I said fix it. I also documented all the communications and emails in a final latter asking for the amp to be shipped back. I will pay the shipping to return the broken amp. It is now almost September 2023, no amp and no communication. How this individual can run a business in this manner is absurd. All he has to do is return the amp and we are good. This has caused grief to several amateur operators. I bet the amps (hundreds) are all stacked in his garage buried never to be seen again until he is done and the amps are sold on **** in an estate sale. Just poor.

    Model - 1452G VHF linear amplifier Serial No - ***** Date of purchase - 09/14/2021 Invoice - C5113 Date of failure - 08/10/2022 Date shipped to TE Systems for repairs - 08/19/2022 Paid $931.00 Unit sent in for warranty repairs almost 1 year ago and they ***** xxxxxxx has refused to repair and return my amplifier to me. Has ignored numerous phone calls and emails inquiring about my amp. Fabricated numerous sidestepping lies when I could get him on the phone. Most recently they have now lost my amplifier and do not know where it is. **** claimed they shipped it back yet will not /can not supply tracking information. Constant lies avoiding my direct questions. Very poor business practices which I can not get any resolution from this company. This is a sole proprietorship headed by ***** xxxxxxxx.At this point I feel the company has stolen my amplifier and refuses to return it or compensate me for my loss, which is their responsibility. ****************** has made absolutely no effort to resolve this dispute. ZERO efforts! AVOID this company and run as fast as you can. Mr.****** does not care about his customers!

    I mailed my amplifier for repair in August of 22 I was told there was a one week turnaround for repair, I have communicated with ****, Every week since then, I have been told every story you can be told From there working on it it's on the bench being fixed *********** is on vacation He's in the hospital, He's at the doctor's ******* We have flooding out here the streets are covered in water We can't find You're amplifier, We found your amplifier, And we are working on it And then I told him I just want my amplifier shipped back to me do not work on it I want it back I don't have it he tells me we have lost it, But we will make a new one and send it out to you, I am tired of dealing with this man I want To be made whole, I want my amplifier back or a new one I do not care I want this nightmare to be over with.

    On or about December 2021, the ******** ******************** ordered a UHF radio amplifier from the manufacturer, TE Systems. The club paid $1200 for this item. The club was told that the amplifier had to be built, and that would take approximately 6 weeks. To date, no amplifier has been received. Followup was done via numerous emails and phone calls, all without success. Finally, TE Systems stopped answering the phone or responding to emails. We are unable to access their website as well. We would like to either receive the amplifier that was paid for, or receive our money back. The ******** ******************** is a registered charity.
