    On April 19th I was offered a promo to deposit $10 and receive $100 dollars in bonus cash. However, after I deposited $10 I never received my bonus cash. I tried restarting the app, logging in on the web browser, and waiting a while for the bonus cash. Then when I got back on the app the offer popped up again. I thought it might have been a one time issue, so I again deposited $10 as instructed and once again I didnt receive my bonus cash. Since then I have contacted Slips three separate times and they have not even answered my inquiries beyond sending the same generic email asking for information I had already provided. I have screenshots of the offer that I took advantage of as well to prove that it was offered to me and I provided those to Slips.I would like my $200 in bonus bets to be credited to my account.

    They said if i deposit money id get $100. Didnt work. They dont respond to emails Cant take the money I deposited out of the app. I want all my deposits refunded

    Ive been using the app for over a year. No problems until the last 3 months. I requested a payout in February for $250. After not receiving it for 2 weeks I started attempting to contact them. Any email I sent get a canned auto response. I attempted to contact them through ******** and ******* and got no response. I have $430.87 in my account with them and I would like to get all of my money from them. I put refund as desired settlement because that was the closest that made sense. Its my money that I would like. I attached one screenshot of one of the auto responses I received to an email, one screenshot of my February request, and one screenshot showing my current balance.

    I requested a payout of $97.00 on 02/09/2025. These payouts are delivered by check. As of 04/10/2025 I have not received this payout check in the mail. Their support only consists of an email address and I have not received a reply from them regarding this matter.

    Well, I want $212 from they send me a check that nobody will cash. I can't get my ****** my banks. I don't know who to go to, but I'd really like my money. And I don't want to more checks. Cause they think they're fake nobody's cashing it. And I need to get paid for the money that they owe me.

    Ive been trying to withdraw the earnings that I have in my account but it keeps saying Please wait until your previous transactions have been cleared. Theres is no pending purchases on my account. The $12.5 that Ive deposited has already been settled. I talked to Venmo and they told me to contact the Slips app but Ive tried and theyre giving me the same response which is Thank you for reaching out, as we are always happy to help.Can you please provide more information on your issue so that we can support you further?Also, the phone number and name on your Slips account. Thank you.Ive gave them my name and phone number and told them the problem (Im unable to withdraw) but they havent responded back. I send another message and they say the same thing. Its not letting me withdraw my earnings and theyre not trying to respond to my question. I would like for you to look into this. Ive done all I could do regarding contacting them and telling them the problem but theyre not responding to me and theyre supposed to be a legitimate app. They owe me $45, Im trying to withdraw the $45 thats in my account but Im getting the same error. Which is Please wait until your previous transactions have been cleared. I dont have any pending transactions.

    Mar 14 i added $10 to play and a $2.50 deposit fee. I betted a couple games and Mar 17 i was able to cash out, which i only decided to take $20 leave the eest on my account to play with. Mar 17 which was a Sunday, i understand mail dont go out on Sundays so i gave it a mail date of Mar 18. They sent a reference code and everything just for 2 weeks to go by with me contacting them a number of 4 times which i attached of their responses and them going ghost and no response. I attached all my transactions and proof that they were suppose to send me a $20 check. Hopefully this can be resolved and if not this can be proof that their a scam and to warn others.

    I received a check from Slips Technologies from winnings in their app. When trying to cash the check my bank notified me that the issuing bank couldn't process the deposit due to insufficient funds or because the check was counterfeit. When contacting Slips Technologies you can only email the company and they give the same response that doesn't answer anything about what I asked. I just want my money back and what I am owed.

    Fraud, theft. They claim to be a sports betting app, steal your deposit and send a fraudulent check.
