Much like everyone else's problem, I receive a check that I am unable to cash. ******* says it is an issue with the check provider, AKA Slips, which I trust seeing it's an issue with everyone. Hopefully this company makes it right or gets sued/shut down.

I cashed out $148 and received a check that bounced everywhere I tried to cash it. I tried contacting their customer support and its just an automated bot that gets you no where. They are taking money from people and are paying out with invalid checks. Bringing this to their attention on X will just get you blocked.

They refuse to pay out. They will keep locking your payouts so you can never get the money. Then, if you catch on to their scheme, they will block future bets and deposits. DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY INTO THIS SCAM!

Fun app, til you email and get generic answers. On 12/25/2024 i requested a payout for winnings that were confirmed. It is still not at my house on 1/12/2025...but my husband received his from the the beginning of this month. I emailed a couple times and same generic answer comes in. It takes a payout to 5-7 days to arrive.

I got a promotional message from slips offering $100 for nothing so I am thankful for never actually depositing. I used the $100 credits from their promo and ended up winning $52. Okay, cool. So I requested my winnings on 12/27/2024 and surprisingly on 01/03/2025, I received a check in the mail that came as certified mail. I tried to mobile deposit it because I dont have a real bank and it wasnt approved. So I came here and the BBB to read reviews and I can only think that they probably sent me a a fake check. To anyone who actually received their payout check, what was the outcome of your situation?? Does anyone know what I should do with this check because I dont trust it and Dont want to bring it somewhere to attempt cashing it. Who should I report this to?
