      They misled me and my family. First, we presented our insurance and the receptionist mentioned that our insurance was Good and that we didn't have any co-payment. This happened to me and my kids. After a few months and several visits for each of us, they sent us bills with hundreds of dollars as co-payments!! We knew by chance that there was a Cash option if we don't have insurance and this option would be better for us. I talked to my insurance and they advised that the office could "retract the claims and I can choose the cash option". I tried with the Manager "***** ******" who understood my point of view and promised to help, then she never responded, despite my several follow-up emails, phone calls, and physical visits to the office by my wife and myself. Then we tried several times over a few weeks with the billing department till we finally reached ********, the accounting manager who was very tough and unreasonable and refused all sorts of intermediate solutions. In the end, we had to pay a little less than $1k!!

      Billing fraud. I had a couple of procedures for pre skin cancer on my face and forearms, the last in November 2022. I get a call from a collection agency last week saying I owe them $1,687.46, with no contact for 2 years?? I paid all the bills and WHY am I getting a bill 2 years later? In my first treatment they told me to buy Aminolaevulinic acid from the manufacturer and I did and paid $50.00. In my second set of treatments they didn't give me the option to buy separately again and charged $980.22. You can never get a straight answer from the billing department! SCAMMERS!!

      If you wish to make an appointment to get any cosmetic procedures done such as facials or any other service you may be interested in please Becareful and don't always rely that you will be given the service you scheduled. I was scheduled for a diamond skin glow and on 2 separate occasions one a few hours before and the other 1 day before was canceled. I had made arrangements to get a sitter and to schedule it after my job and the only other option that was provided to me was come at an earlier time which would not help accommodate my work schedule. In my opinion it is so unprofessional that I be canceled a few hours or a day before. I understand things come up but when the company constantly is sending you reminders that you have an appointment and please confirm but yet they cancel you a few hours before, so unprofessional in my opinion. Please be very cautious when scheduling with this company.
