    I ordered items for delivery straight from the mobile app. It kept sending me to a coffee bean and tea at ********************. I tried 2x. One transaction for ***** and another for *****. I called the store and they said they are not set up for delivery and could not refund me. The worker told me to dispute it with my card. I did that since the items were not able to be delivered. Bank initially reversed the charge, but coffee bean and tea disputed it. Now I am out the money and they never provided the product.

    I am submitting this formal complaint regarding an unresolved reimbursement owed to me by my former employer. Despite repeated follow-ups and a written confirmation from the employer that the reimbursement had been processed, I have not received payment or any further communication.The timeline is as follows:The initial reimbursement request was submitted in October 2024.A second submission was sent in December 2024 to *******, during my final month of employment.On February 11, 2025, ******* confirmed via email that the reimbursement had been handled as I was leaving the company as was concerned that the would not pay out my expenses. Since that confirmation, I have made multiple professional follow-ups with both ******* and *******, yet I have not received the payment, any mailing details, or additional ********** of June 2025, it has been over four months since the employer confirmed processing, and over seven months since the original requestyet no resolution has been *********** mailing address is:***** *********** ******************************************** I have exercised patience and made every reasonable attempt to resolve this matter directly. I am now seeking BBBs support in securing the reimbursement that is rightfully owed. Im not sure how else to resolve this issue as they have no intent to reimburse me. I do have all emails and communications regarding the reimbursement being received be *******. Thank you for your time and assistance in resolving this matter.

    After five days and 14 emails, they still have refused to cancel a subscription service, on their app, subscription service is marked by default,so you have to pay attention.

    Received gift card for **** for Christmas. Attempted to use it on their website. When I enter it, it says invalid. To ensure it was valid, I attempted to check the balance. Everytime I click the link to check gift card balance, the link is broken. Called the phone number on the back of card. Every option, no matter which one, just says to email them. I emailed the company and received a reply that states that they no longer accept gift cards online. You must use in person, in their app, or on the phone. Downloaded their app and attempted to use after creating an account. It allows the gift card to uploaded to app. However, you can only use the card for drink purchases on a store (not to order product). When I click the locate store button, the link is also broken. When I googled the closest store to me, it's in **********. I live in ********. That makes this card completely useless. All I want is my $25 that was a gift, since I will never be able to shop there (nor do I want to now). Everyone should beware that their gift cards are just basically stealing your money unless you live near a store.

    The app doesnt work.Each time you pay using the app you are supposed to earn points, but the points are not added.Ive tried all the ways they have told me to try and nothing works.Its ridiculous that I should have to manually submit receipts every time to get my points. The biggest joke is that manually submitting receipts doesnt even work.

    On December 6, 2024, I redeemed ***** Citi Thankyou points and converted them into a $93 e-gift card from The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Company. There was no indication that this company had geographic restrictions on where it would deliver to. I live in **********, and when I tried to order coffee online using my gift card, the checkout process flashed a message that the company doesnt deliver to any address thats five miles away from one of their stores. When I contacted the company, I was told that I needed to use the gift card at a physical company location. However, the company is ***********, **********-based, and has no East Coast locations. Again, there was no statement or warning provided by The Coffee ************ indicating that they didnt ship to **********. Moreover, the company has no customer service numberyou cannot connect with a human being there. You can only email with them, and the email responses I receive basically tell me, in a polite manner, tough luck and get lost. The bottom line is that Ive been defrauded by The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Company. I would like your assistance in having my $93 returned to me.

    I got an e gift card from this company and it states that it is redeemable for the merchandise on their website. However, when I tried to redeem it, I found out tha the business refuses to honor their gift card online. You have to present it in person only. So you basically need to be in **********. I live in IL and have no plans to visit the business. When I tried to resolve this the response was - tough love, our card is non refundable so use it anytime you are in **. This is a scam!

    I have contacted them through their form twice. Ignored. I then contacted through instagram, the person replied and said fill out the form. I said I have and no reply. Ignored. I am owed a refund. I will be contacting the health department and *** likely for their errors, unsafe.

    I need a refund for a drink I purchased. I ordered a large strawberry milk drink and it was extremely low quality. The drink tasted like water with a slight after taste of water. It was not good at all and I could not drink it. I had to throw it away after the first sip. I tried to contact the company but they want a store number in order for me to submit a request for help. Since I mobile order the receipt I was emailed does not have a store number. Only in store purchase receipts provide a store number. As such I cannot contact the company for a refund. I am asking for assistance in obtaining a refund.

    I have added money on the Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf phone app. I do not use the app daily , only occasionally. When I attempted to pay with my app in the ******************* store on 6/17/24, the app wouldnt open. The cashier informed me to do an update if that didnt work to uninstall and reinstall the app to reset it. I followed the instructions, the app still didnt open. I had to pay in cash for my transaction. I called the customer care phone number listed in their website only to be instructed to use email only. I have emailed the company five times first email was sent on 6/18/24 and each time they provide me with the same instructions. I have explained in writing that the instructions do not work and request to be reimbursed since I cannot use their phone app. The balance left on my acct. is $30. The last email I sent was on 6/25/24 and I have not heard anything back.
