    During the preparation of my kickboxing gym's launch last year, I researched music licensing options and ultimately chose to partner with ********. I notified Global Music of this decision and requested that they cease all communication with my business. Despite this, Global Music continued to send emails, which led to an unfortunate mistake. One of my employees mistakenly sent them $600, believing the email was from FITRadio and that our licensing was at risk of termination. Unfortunately, the payment was processed before we could cancel it. I have made multiple attempts to contact Global Music to rectify the situation, but they have since stopped responding. We have formally requested a refund, which they have refused. I strongly advise against doing business with Global Music due to their unprofessional and unreliable practices.
