  SCAMMERS I purchased the Elite Package. I wasn't ****** impressed with the designs, I found the pictures myself in the end and went back and forth so many times over the font and placement of lettering. When it came time to finalize the design, ****** called me and said that I had to pay for the rights to the artwork - $599 for 5 years, $799 for 10 years or $999 for lifetime ownership. I told him that I did not want to pay any more money and he said it was mandatory if I wanted the designs. I got frustrated and ending up hanging up on him. He texted me and told me he would send me two formats of the design and once I paid for the ownership, he would send the rest. I responded with what was listed under the Elite Package that I had already paid for and he ended up sending me all of the formats. I would not recommend using this company - very dishonest.

  These people are not true to their word, I am very disappointed with this company, I have paid them over $4,000, and havent gotten what was promised nor what I paid for, Needs to be SHUTDOWN Immediately

  This so called business needs shut down!! They are scammers!! Do not fall for their tactics. Once you pay the $19 fee to start the logo design process (that wastes weeks of your time), they then try to get you to jump through patent and trademark hoops and charge you hundreds of dollars. Once you refuse, they threaten you and continue to harass you!! STAY AWAY!!!

  This company is full of s*** There's not one honest person. They're out to get your money. Be careful cause they mine. When I talked to this dude on the phone, first he said he name was **** after the conversation his name was now *******************..I looked at my phone and said to myself What the fu@k. I just got, got. I now call picks up the phone like he's in bed. You too can be caught out there as I was. I mean this scam is kinda. You dumba$$es like call. They get out of bed and made a quick $80. Without having **** yet. It's clever, because you can't pay online. They have to call you to get your payment. I kinda like it. It kinda taught me something.

  Sturdy Logo is a fraudulent company that takes your money and delivers inferior results. They lie and cheat their customers, providing low-quality designs and customer service that is unprofessional and unreliable. They do not live up to their promises, and their unethical practices are unacceptable. Stay away from this company and do not trust them with your hard-earned money!"

  Sketchy company. No identified people, no real email addresses - just messages from a system. Promised my project would start and then went dark. When I asked for a refund they gave me a huge runaround (though they finally did refund my money). Now it seems theyve been hacked or are running a con because Im getting fraudulent emails using my contact info that is clearly from their records. RUN in the other direction.

  I paid $19 for a logo that was 70% off three weeks ago. At the time.my bank flagged that on the same day two more chatges for $19 attempted to go through my account under another name after i talked to the firat designer by phone. I meticulously gave every facet of the design with examples to the designer. I emailed after a few days and gave the information again to another designer with example pics of the style, font, images, and wording. It was my creation, vision, design inspired by God. The designer *************** followed in detail my requests. Now he is claiming the company owns the design and I only paid for the logo to be designed. I have correspondence in which this employee showed deplorable tactics to upsell. This employee also told me that I must pay an additional $125 and $225. I paid for the design and I asked for the final copy within the 24 hours. He is refusing to release it. I have correspondence that says the company owns it and must pay them for copyright and trademark to release the logo I paid for and created. I have never seen a company twist the law and mislead so horribly the consumer. Their website is false advertisement. Nothing they have committed to do in the site lines up to what actually happens other than doing the actual logo. None of the time limits were met. I am so disappointed. Several people were copied in to my correspondences from their "project team: and no one spoke up after they could clearly see how I was treated and talked to by ***************. I presume this is their normal business practice based on ither review. At first, the customer service seemed promising, after the logi was paid and it was time to deliver it became very aggressive and hostile. Basically, they trying to hijack my design. So disappointing. I am the designer and owner and I was on the collaborative platform with the others. They did everything I said and I want the logo with a signed form from them that they acknowledge that. It's unfortunate for them.

  This company scams innocent people and then talks down to the people who are only looking for the product they paid for. I asked for a simple logo and they tried to scam me for more. In the end, I have no logo and I am out money. I spent weeks on this and now I have to deal with the bank to see if I can get my money back. This is very disappointing for small business owners who dont have much. They spoke to me on the phone like I was a piece of trash. Please do not use this company or trust them, they are scam artists!

  This business claims to be BBB Accredited on it's website. This is NOT true at all. They have stolen almost $5,000 from me and do not return calls. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH STURD LOGO!
