    I did a case search on ************************ in August 2024. It is possible I did a free trial that I canceled and that is how they got my credit card information. I just noticed starting in January 2025 and for the last five months, they have been billing me $69.95 every month. A total of $349.75 has been billed so far. I logged in to my account and I see my activity since August 2024, but no subscription, no billing information, no reason for them to be billing this each month. I have no idea why they are charging me this monthly fee. I looked for a way to delete the account and do not see any way. I also called the 833 number in the line item on my credit card statement, several times, and only get a voice mail asking me to leave a message. Not only am I requesting a refund, they need to STOP these charges. The attached documents show: my email, activity history (the only reason there's a 6/25/25 activity is because I accidentally clicked that link), that I have NO subscription, NO billing history, NO saved credit cards.

    Paid for a document and received an email saying to get my document but message said it was an expired link or I had typed something wrong. It was their link!

    I was recently made aware by family members that my divorce-related court documents, including highly sensitive personal informationsuch as all financial details, child support arrangements, and the parenting planhave been published on the ************************ website without my consent. This information appears prominently in search engine results under my name, making it easily accessible to the public. This unauthorized disclosure constitutes a serious violation of my privacy and has caused significant emotional distress for both myself and my family. The public availability of such sensitive personal matters has left me feeling unsafe and exposed. I attempted to use the removal request link provided on their website; however, the form does not allow me to input the necessary URL or proceed with the request, effectively preventing me from taking the steps outlined for content removal. Therefore, I am formally requesting the immediate and complete removal of the following from their website: My full name My childs name ************* details and other sensitive personal information Please confirm receipt of this request and inform me of the steps being taken to address it.URL:********************************************************************************

    I signed up for what was clearly advertised as a free trial in early May, and at no time did I receive a notification, reminder, or invoice indicating the trial was ending or that a charge would be made. I have tried numerous times and continue to cancel this subscription with a refund without success. Trellis website presents a contact us button when you want to make a change or cancellation and then requests a form is filled out. Despite doing this & cancelling my subscription Trellis law still has not substantially contacted me or refunded me. TRELLIS did not obtain my affirmative consent to convert the trial into a paid subscription. No receipt or notification of this charge was sent prior to or at the time of billing. I did not receive any warning about the cancellation deadline, nor was I made aware of a specific cancellation policy prior to enrollment. I contacted the merchant upon discovering the charge, and they refused to reverse it,despite my explanation and lack of awareness of any active subscription. TRELLIS default cancellation option is on their website & via a contact us button.Despite taking these actions they have routinely failed to contact me, including cancelling the free trial with clarity.This situation reflects a classic "free trial" abuse tactic where the vendor fails to properly notify or gain clear authorization before billing. It violates both good faith business practice and,potentially, consumer protection laws regarding recurring billing *************** account has now been disabled, despite charging me $1,099.95 for an annual subscription and I cannot login to gather further evidence or make sure the account is cancelled. I have contacted several times about cancellation and refund with no success. I have an email confirming cancellation of free trial but was charged $1099 and have not been refunded.

    Trellis Law has posted a public record of a restraining order I had filed at the time against my husband. I had the order dropped and this is posted all over ****** for my employer and family to see. I did not give them permission to do so. They are asking me to pay a subscription to get the case number and Im not paying it. I did not authorize this company to post this all over ******.

    ************************ published a case that was settled in 2018 and refused to remove it. This was published within the last week. I check my name on ****** every Friday due to previous data breach. The site states that if you want the information redacted removal click on the docket number. A docket number was not issued for the case and as I clicked it states to receive you must pay for membership. This is extortion, publishing closed or settled case in order to collect monetary good for the removal.***************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************

    This business deliberately makes it difficult for users to cancel their memberships before the 14-day trial ends, likely to ensure they are charged. They claim you can cancel your membership by deleting your account, but the "Cancel and Delete" button is intentionally disabled, preventing you from completing the process.I know how to code, so I was able to bypass their scammy setup. Here's how to actually delete your account:1. Go to your Account Overview.2. Under Edit Membership, click the down arrow next to Delete My Account to expand the section, then click the button.3. Complete the exit surveybe cautious here. They strongly push you to "pause" or "continue" your subscription instead. Avoid this, as it's part of the trap.4. After the survey, youll land on a page with a list of checkboxes. Even if you check all of them, the "Cancel and Delete" button remains disabled.Heres how to enable it:4a. Right-click anywhere on the page and select Inspect.4b. A panel will appear on the right side of the screen. Click the Console tab at the top.4c. Ignore any existing text. At the bottom, paste the following code:const deleteBtn = document.querySelector('#delete-btn');deleteBtn.removeAttribute('disabled');deleteBtn.classList.remove('del-btn-disabled');If you receive an error, type "allow pasting" first, press Enter, then paste the code and press Enter again. You should also receive a confirmation email from Trellis confirming your account cancellation.5. Share this information to warn others. This is not a company that should be trusted!! If you used the same email and password combination that you use elsewhere, change your password immediately to protect your other accounts. Also, consider canceling the credit card you used to sign up, especially if you're concerned about unauthorized charges.

    I cancelled my subscription. yet the monthly billing is ongoing. The phone number does not give me access to a live person, and refers the caller to an email. There has been no reply to my email. The company is not accessible at all.
