    To Whom It May Concern:

    I am writing to file a formal complaint against the company Trellis Law, of which ****** ***** (CA Bar #******) is CEO. Trellis law has made my information public without my consent or prior knowledge. Personal information pertaining to mean ******** residentwas published online through Trellis Law and made accessible to the public. My resolution is that they remove my information & not give or sell it to anyone else (third party)

    I have requested MULTIPLE times for ****** to remove the ********************************** post of my law suit against a contractor. Trellis has already removed this content but ****** continues to post it. It is a HUGE detriment to the on-line reputation I am so diligently trying to build after years of having other negative content SO grossly & unfairly posted. It immediately populates in a search of my name. It is the 3rd item on the 1st page. It is bad enough I had to endure what I did with the contractor. If ****** believes the post punishes the contractor, it does not. It punishes me for suing the contractor and now must forever, so publicly, must be associated with the contractor. Can the BBB help me to finally remove this content off a ****** search of my name?!

    I have requested many times for ************************** to remove a lawsuit that was filed against me in 2018. I have contacted them multiple times with no response. This is an invasion of my privacy. This company operates on using peoples personal business to make money! This is crime! I want my personal business removed from their site immediately!!!     I cancelled my trial account on the 29th of March but figured out it was still active and you charged me 69.95$ for the first month even if I did the account cancellation process. I would like my account to be deleted and get the 69.95$ refund. Thank you

    I signed up for the 14-day free trial last night (4/7/2025). I registered then about 15 minutes after I deleted the account from the site due to not knowing they require extra payments per files once I went into the specific case I wanted to view. My bank account the next afternoon on (4/8/2025) now has a charge of $129.95 from Trellis Trial. HOW? WHY? VERY UNACCEPTABLE. I never agreed to such charge and I have reached out to the company from the home page using "Contact Us" and have received no funds, an email, a call, nothing back.

    Tried canceling service not sure why their site navigates to make canceling not possible. My membership was canceled yet Im still being billed definitely a scam.

    Trellis Law has posted court information about a debt with Discover Card from 10 years ago which was resolved immediately. This information contains my full address and is the 2nd item that comes up when you ****** my name. This could negatively impact my reputation and the ability to get a job.

    I signed up for a free trial on March 26th 2025. The trial end's on April 10th 2025, at which I will be billed over $600 for services. I have attempted to cancel the trial & have received no response & the company has made it purposefully difficult to simply cancel the trial. I have received no confirmation of my trial being cancelled via email or phone. I have documented my attempt to cancel the trial via screen share video & have an email showing receipt of my request, however their are no details of the request in the email or tracking.
