I demand that this information be removed or the proper legal actions will be taken. I don't appreciate you guys trying to denigrate my character online..***** *.

    No stars! I see a lot of complaints about the same thing. I've never heard of this company. This is a huge identity theft case and it look like numerous of people and putting our personal information on the website. Take my name of of your company website. Will definitely look for the *** and write them.

    I requested a cancellation a few days after the trial ended when I forgot to cancel and saw I was billed, and they not only cancelled right away but they refunded me the charge and I didn't even ask them to. Very stand up move.

    Trellis Law are bandits. They search cases & don't bother to see if they have been settled, they put them on the internet. Then they have a site where you have to pay for removal. They are full blown extortionists.

    They are totally scammers. I paid for their bg check service. Their data is outdated which cost me a time and money in the process of hiring employees. When I reach out to them, they would refuse to admit their data is incorrect, they took your money and do NOT care. I switched to Unicourt, they gave much better and accurate data

    It's an awful and unprofessional place. Representatives are incompetent and repeatedly fail to follow through on countless requests to review and remove inaccurate and outdated information. Obviously, there is a reason why they are not BBB certified. There is also long laundry list of complaints and examples of inept and disgraceful behavior by the place!! If I could I give it 0 stars I would....

    Well, it's an awesome service, very good at integrating and connecting cases, parties and court systems. My need was momentary, so I cancelled.Their free trial system however: not so much. There's no phone number listed on the website, I had to come here to the BBB for that. I did get a refund for the $99 fee, but had to work at it.
