********************************************************************************************* That internet post uses my personal ID searchable on ****** while only using first names of the petitioners whose case was dismissed due to the female petitioner's arrest and jailing for assaulting me, while my protection order was granted against her. Trellis Law's post is biased and unlawfully favors a criminal, possibly conspires with criminal(s) against a victim of domestic violence. My complaint filed to Trellis Law asks for removal of my personal ID. ******************** wants me to subscribe for $$ in order to finish my request for correction of their biased post that appears as a pre-planned set up for subscription extortion that willingly and knowingly lists my full searchable ID but only used first names of the abusers. The father of the female assaulter is associated with court systems and is possibly involved in the bias and harassment by Trellis Law. I've read other complaints against Trellis Law to BBB by people who were tricked into "subscribing" in order to write and file their complaints with Trellis, so I'm not subscribing to Trellis Law. I want my personal identifying information removed with only my first name as they did with the petitioners in that case as good faith by Trellis. If Trellis Law refuses to change their post to using only my first name as I am requesting, I'm ALSO asking BBB to request that change as a resolution. If Trellis Law refuses, it is obviously harassing me, showing civil rights bias against me (83-yr-old senior citizen) and trying to extort me of $$ by subscription to Trellis Law to complain about their unfair business practices. Repeated extortion of $$ by forced subscription on people filing complaints against Trellis Law shows a pattern and practice of unfair business practices. I'm also filing complaints to the CA Atty ******* and L. A. County Sheriff about Trellis Law's unprofessional, biased, and harassing conduct, and unfair business practices.

I signed up for a 7 day free trial and was immediately notified that my card was charged $150. I canceled right after that. I reached out to the company via the submission form on contact us page and asked why my card was charged during a free trial period. You have to submit all inquiries through their website and there is no e-mail address or phone number listed to contact support. There was a number listed on my credit card charge *************) that I called and I reached a voice mailbox that told me to leave a message, so I did. I never did receive a response, however a few days later I noticed the charge disappeared on my card.

Scammers. Signed up for 14-day free trial & ended subscription on the same day. Process for cancelling is obtuse. Repeated it many times & never felt like I was successful. No cancellation confirmation was received & my card was charged the very next day. My account continued to show "active" regardless of how many times I completed the cancellation process exactly as explained on website or used their contact form to request cancellation. The fine print says you must cancel in writing. Apparently, no one responds to contact form ******************* is no way to prove you made contact via their system. I tried locating a phone number or mailing address on the website without success so contacted my credit card company & filed a dispute. During that process, located an email address for Trellis on the subscription email sent by them. Sent them an email stating again that I wanted to cancel and that I had contacted my card company. They responded IMMEDIATELY & refunded my money. Guess they don't want to do battle with BOA.

A parasitic company that tries to monetize access to court data, often exposing individuals' privacy.

Zero stars. I canceled my free trial after a few days of signing up, yet, 2 weeks later, they billed me
