      I ordered a dress from the cocolemody website. I chose not to move forward with this dress and cancelled my order (before the company even processed my credit card for payment). I received an email confirmation that my order was cancelled on 09/24/24 and to allow ***** business days for my refund to appear on my credit card. After 15 days, I never received a refund and reached out to the company. After my email they reached out again stating that my refund had just been processed and I would need another ***** days before the money was refunded. This is not what their original email stated and I believe my refund would not have processed at all if I was not diligent in following up. The original email stated that it takes ***** days for the banks to process my refund and now they say they are just starting that process.

      On March 18th, 2023 I purchased a wedding dress from CocoMelody. The dress was to be black with a pink lining. CocoMelody never delivered the dress I purchased. In June of 2023 they sent a black dress with a peach lining. I had many email exchanges with them including pictures of the dress my fiance tried on at the store with the pink lining we requested. On June 29th I was assured by the dressmaker, ***, they could correct in time for the wedding date of October 14th. CocoMelody Team Lead, *****************, also assured *** would correct the error. By text he told me that *** frequently makes errors. In August they sent the exact same dress back to us - peach lining. We had many email exhanges with ***. She insisted against all evidence and the admission of **** that the dress lining was correct. *** would not correct it and in any event the corrections would not done in time for the wedding. We had to make other arrangements with the dress that cost me $595. I am not asking for that money back just the money for the dress. I uploaded a portion of the email chain where **** admonishes *** for getting lining color wrong.

      I returned a wedding dress and asked for refund in June and have not received the promised refund.
