      Going on 3months still nothing received. Still processing according to my account. Wow.. they got my money...Still no word. Rip off

      I ordered my dress back in May, on website said it take 40 days to prepare. 2.5 months after I still didnt receive anything. Id contacted the customer service and they said that I need to let them know I was in rush!!! Ive waited for 2.5 months and they was late one my dress!!! After long time kept emailing back and forth I asked for my refund back in 8/8/2023 and I got CHARGED 50$ for my cancellation!! When I did nothing wrong! Unfortunately, until now I HAVE NOT RECEIVED my refund yet!!! ( in email they said The amount will show ** in your account in **** working days such a horrible company!

      Went to a Bridal fitting at the ************* store. The sales person was nice. That's about it. I was not measured. When I asked her what size dress I had on she told me I was wearing a size 12. I decided to sleep on it and contacted the showroom a short time after. I spoke to a person named **** who I assume is a manager. He suggested that I buy the dress on line and employ a tailor that i trusted. I ask who their preferred tailor was and he refused to give me a name. After I hung up with him, I noticed that he had scheduled an appointment that I did not agree to. I disregarded it. I ordered the size 12. I received the dress and was unable to try it on right away. It did not fit properly so I contacted the showroom. I spoke to a sales person who did not even have the courtesy to identify herself. I told her my problem in detail and she suggested I adjust the corset back. (Except the problem is in the hip area of the dress and not in the bodice) She asked me in a subtly accusatory tone if I had been measured. I told her I had not. She told me she would call her supervisor to see what could be done. She called me back and made an offer of 70% of what I had paid for the dress. I told her that that was ridiculous since their customer service team had dropped the ball in the first place. I emailed what I assume to be the corporate office and I am currently communicating with a person by the name of ****, who seems to be more in the business of placing the blame on the customer than resolving customer service issues. At first she advised me to take the dress to a tailor that I trust to have the dress let out. I went to two tailors and the dress cannot be taken out becuase there was not enkugh fabric to do that. To add insult to injury she offered me and additional 10% less than what the ** store offered me which was a what I paid minus a 30% restocking fee. Buyer Beware. This company is predatory and shady to say the least!
