    Numbers they gave me we disconnected. Pretty sure I was talking to foreigners the entire time. Would not give me an update at all. Never heard back from the customer representative.

    Theft and fraud! Don't use! I used online order and service was sending error code. Called and talked with vendor. They added double the amount to the order from the online price. Confirmed unit date and size placed order and paid. Item never showed up and they text saying I had to pay more for a bigger unit. I declined and asked for funds to be returned. They kept my money and never provided services. I will be filling charges with police for theft and fraud.

    DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!! While I did get a dumpster...not on the day I was told, and definitely not for the price I saw on line- I had to pay a lot more for a bigger dumpster because they didn't have the size I paid for!!??? Now 6 months later I can't get my REFUNDABLE deposit back ($300) and their system doesn't allow them to transfer me to a Manager and of course when the operators transfer an email for resolution to a Manager...no one EVER calls back! WHAT A RIP OFF! ****!

    Very bad service, they deliver the container late and make hidden charges. Be very careful with this company.

    Their online prices are incorrect. Expect $100-200 more after you have paid online. Their availabilities are also incorrect. They do not care that they are lying and scamming people.

    Their online price is a scam. The price on their website for 10 cubic yard is $503 including tax. So I called for pricing for mixed. Two **************** told me that $750 is the minimum for 3 tons for clean dirt. I told them that the price on the website is $503 no weight limit. First customer service said that the price is for the zip code that I provided on line but for my exact address the total price is $750. So I called again since she might not well trained enough. The second customer service informed that their current portal is not in sync with the price on the website and confirmed the information is correct from the first customer service. So if I decided to pay online the $503 somebody will call to ask for the remaining fee. So I told him that their price is scam on line since the first reason is due to exact address and the second is the problem with their system. I told him that I ck the price on line 2 wk ago and the price was the same. So their system problems is to blame and I refused to be an idiot to believe with all the lies.     They don't even deserve 1 star. I went on to their website to order a dumpster. Their calendar stated they had same day delivery available. I booked it and they charged my credit card, received a confirmation email stating it would be delivered that day and then it didn't show up. They didn't return my phone calls or emails for the 3 days and then said it still wouldn't arrive for another day. ******* in "customer service" is the rudest person with that job title I've ever encountered. When I asked about being charged full price after they failed to deliver on time she yelled at me and said their website shouldn't have allowed me to book on a weekend and it was my fault. After an hour back and forth on the phone they offered me a discount of $40 and guaranteed it would show up the next day. I'm moving and had a limited window to use the dumpster. An hour later they canceled my dumpster with zero explanation and I still haven't received a refund. They shouldn't be allowed to be in business.

    I ordered a dumpster on line paid in full the price they wanted got a confirmation number had it all set up. They called me and tried to up the price 330 more dollars the lady I talked to was rude and could not give me the advertised price she then said there IT could not keep up with price changes. It crazy how you can pay a price and they call and up there price I give them a 0. For the company

    If I could leave ZERO stars I would. I ordered a dumpster on line, agreed to all their terms, paid for the dumpster, only to be contacted the next morning that it would be an additional $200! I cancelled immediately. I received a cancellation notice that stated I would receive my money back, over $800, in about a week. I did check with BBB before using this company. I should have known better as they were not even endorsed by BBB! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
