    On June 5th 2024, I rented a car from this establishment. It was extremely difficult to understand the gentlemen working the counter as he was explaining the cost of purchasing their basic insurance or paying $2,000 deductible to drive the rental. He mentioned that since my drivers license mailing address was a PO Box and different from my physical address on my insurance policy, that I needed to buy their insurance or pay $2,000. Nowhere in their agreement or renting the vehicle did it make mention of anything about that. My credit card who I purchased it through has the coverage as an added benefit to the rental and my personal insurance does as well. My insurance provider assured me not to pay additional for rental car coverage which I explained to the gentleman who stated its our policy. Again, nowhere does it say that. I spoke with several other people who rented or attempted to rent a car from them and said they appeared very shady. The shuttle drivers for the Hyatt Regency mentioned that they have changed business names often and you end up paying a different price than originally agreed upon.

    I rented a car from this company. They placed a $1000 hold on my credit card as a damage deposit. I returned the car on time without damage and they told me verbally they would refund my card. I did not see the refund. I called the company again asking for the refund. They told me that they refunded the money and to wait 48 hours I waited and did not see the refund. I called Expedia for help and Expedia customer service called the company requested the refund. I then received a receipt for the refund by email and I saw the refund as pending on my credit card banking app. Seven days past and depending refund then disappeared. The company has repeatedly refused to refund me the money I am owed and behaved in a fraudulent manner.

    Hello, I am writing to you in regards to Trip #: ***********. I received an extra charge of $119.96 plus tax of $34.20 totaling $154.16. This charge was presented to me because I was told I did not present any insurance. This is false, I will attach documents showing time and date of when I reached my insurance to send to your representative my coverage. You will see on this document the insurance was sent over 30 minutes prior to picking the car up est time. This transaction occurred 03/26/24 at 4:00 pm.

    I rented a car through Zezego aka Corpusa group from March 13th - March 19th. I was told a deposit of $1,000 would be pending on my credit card until the car was returned and verified no damages were incurred. The credit card transaction processed even though I was told it was a hold on my card. Once I dropped off the car I was told I would receive the deposit back in 2-3 business days. I called after I didnt see the refund and I was told the car was processed and looked good but that the refund actually takes 5-7 business days. I waited again and called back once I hadnt received my refund and was told that they never even processed my return and I would get a confirmation email and would see the deposit in my account within 24 hours. It has been 4 days since then and still no refund and no email or documents sent to me verifying my return of funds. I have called 4+ times all unsuccessful in processing my return.
