    I rented a car at this company through a package deal on *********. They said they had a shuttle from *** to an off site location, which they did not. We had to walk from terminal 7 to terminal 2 and were expected to get in an unmarked car driven by a young man wearing a hoodie and sunglasses. Had my daughter not been with me, no way would I have done this! We stood in line for 30 minutes ant the rental desk and was told I needed a certain coverage on my insurance, which I did not have and was, therefore, charged an extra $384. Then I needed to put $1,000 deposit on my credit card. During the 14 day rental period, the car was backed into in the driveway, causing minor damage. Upon return to the rental car company, my $1000 was charged on my credit card, and an accident report was filled out. It has been more than a month since and the insurance Adjustor has had zero success in reaching these people to work on the claim. I have repeatedly called them, and only occasionally actually reach a person who speaks with an accent that makes it difficult to understand what is being said. They assure me they will contact the insurance Adjustor, and so far, have not. Very disappointed in this company.
