    I booked a vacation condo on May 2, 2024 for September *****, 2024. The company's cancellation policy stated a full refund would be issued if the booking needed to be cancelled, prior to Septemeber 20. On July 2, I cancelled the booking. It took several emails to confirm the booking was cancelled but my refund was never issued and now I'm getting no response.

    I recently booked with Jurny Inc (1/14 - 1/16) where we were placed in an *** accessible room. The room did not have the essentials that were provided within the booking such as toilet paper, soap, iron etc. My partner and I noticed the sink was falling out the wall and made Jurny support aware of this issue. They apologized for the inconvenience and replied that someone would be there the next day to address the issue. We also noticed the tracking on the floor was only held by one nail, causing both me and my partner to trip multiple times. We gave permission to Jurny that someone could enter the room, however when we returned it didn't seem that either issue was addressed. We asked Jurny if they could accommodate us. They did not switch our rooms and decided to provided us a $22 refund. We expressed our disappointment and asked, at minimum could they refund us a one night's stay. They then provided us with a $51 refund. Feeling insulted, I informed Jurny that the nightly rate was $85/night + taxes was a total of $111, therefore two nights was a total of $222 (receipt attached). To my surprise, Jurny has stopped responding to my emails where I feel I had to pursue further action and contact the BBB.I am now requesting a full refund to resolve this matter. Their lack of response to this issue is unprofessional and more importantly hazardous as this room did not fall under *** *********** Thank you,********************************* **************
