    On June 15, 2025 I attempted to place an ink cartridge order on the ************************** web site. I entered all the info requested and tried to place the order by paying with my ****** account. When I hit the Place Order button, I received an error message saying something went wrong while placing the order. I waited a few minutes and tried to order it again, but received the same error message. I decided to wait and try again later, but in the meantime, I received two E-mails from ******, each charging $51.53 under separate Transaction ID's but with the same Inkjets Club Order number of ORD25061416472. I called ****** to see if they could cancel either of those charges, but they could not and said I would have to contact Inkjets Club to resolve this issue and get a credit. I then logged back in to my account on the ********************** web site and entered the above Inkjets order number that ****** referenced in their E-mails, but the web site shows no such order. I have since called the Inkjets Club service number ************ multiple times since last Saturday and had to leave messages requesting a return call. I have also sent two separate E-mails to their Support via the website but have received no response. Where do I go from here?

    I purchased two sets of ink cartridges for my HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 Series printer. Using this company's filter mechanism to find cartridges that would work for my printer, I purchased their recommended products. Upon installing these products, my printer instantly rejected them. Colors were not coming out correctly; they were smudged; and the printer began to freeze and generate many error messages. I attempted several of the troubleshooting recommendations, but none of them solved the problem. The only thing that solved my issues was purchased HP-branded cartridges. On their website, Inkjets Club states: "100% Satisfaction - 100% Guaranteed Against Defective Ink". They also "Guarantee Product Compatibility" and a "1-Year Product Warranty" Moreover, in an attempt to recoup my money I emailed their ********************************** twice without a response.     I bought ink for my EPSON Workforce WF-3620. My printer stopped working, after speaking to EPSON customer ******************** they explained to me it was the inkjet cartridges that damaged the printer.I am looking for reimbursement for my printer.

    Below is the email I sent to their support desk with no response.Order #ORD23111511107 I received your package and it had a leaking cartridge that --spilled on my hands and desk upon opening it. I have called 3 times since the middle of last week. I have given you the courtesy of three calls. Tomorrow I will file a complaint with BBB. I need an RMA ASAP to return the remaining cartridges and receive my refund.
