    Cartridges were purchased in December of 2022. When I tried to install them, they were rejected by the printer. I contacted InkJets Club and they said due to printer upgrades, the cartridges were out of date. There was no offer for replacements or a refund. Their only advice was to turn off the automatic updates on the printer but that doesnt help me with this purchase.

    I would give them a zero if I could. I ordered by their recommendation ink for my printer. The ink they recommend was not correct. I tried to get a return and had nothing but hard tomes. They do not want to give refunds or admit fault. I would never recommend them to anyone
    They don't care about customers. All they care about is money. They should loose their license to sell anything. They cost me almost 50 dollars. Please think twice before you deal with them. If I would have listened to other reviews I would still have my money

    I'd give them zero if I could I ordered a ink cartridge #** it was refurbished). I popped it in my printer and it wouldn't work so I e-mailed them my issue..I was given a 7-step instruction to get it working..well that didn't work so e-mailed them again. Was told to do the 7 steps once again, then re-align the printer track, then clean ink cartridge holder of any old ink..ok I did all that and still doesn't work..was told "well it must be your printer" in the meantime I ordered one off e-bay and popped it in and it worked just fine! Inkjets club cost me time/money as I work from home and to print something out I had to drive to closed business center to do my work..did this daily while trying to get printer going. I wrote them that the cartridge from e-bay worked fine, didn't need to do 7 steps etc. I also said I doubt they would refund me (which they did not) dealing with them was awful, cost me time/money from my job. I have never heard back from them since last e-mail.. I would never, never purchase anything from these guys no matter what the price would be..

    Worst customer service ever they sent me a promotion in the mail to buy **** at a promotional price tried to use it at a later date it wouldn't work they would not take it back they would not stand behind their product please save your money do not buy ink from this company please shop around
