    Our organization, the *************************************, is a small non-profit. We ordered approximately $1,280 worth of mannequins from Mannequin Mall. When we received them, they were unuseable, so we asked to exchange/return within 30 days of receipt.They declined stating 21 days was outside their window of returns. Our staff in charge of the ********* had been out on leave for 2 weeks, and did not immediately inspect them. Now we're stuck with inventory we absolutely cannot use after spending a huge portion of our budget on them. Shameful.

    I purchased mannequin through a link that takes me to the mannequin my husband wanted. The Mannequin Mall sent confirmation of the one being sent. It was different. When we noticed ( before it arrived) my husband reached out to them and through what was said, by the representative helpong him, he ordered and paid for a new one. He refused the incorrect one that was being delivered and it never even came off the ***** truck. He was told that they would be reimbursing me and the shipping fees. Mind you these mannequins are expensive $717.00 plus $90 shipping fee. Mannequin Mall has started issuing a return but now is only covering the cost of the mannequin which was incorrect and is now refusing to return the shipping fee for the 1st incorrect shipment. They are calling me a liar, saying I ordered the wrong item and now calling my husband a liar, with them now refusing to offer a full refund... they actually stated they may now add the return fee onto my charge which has still not been returned to me. I only went through 1 link. It takes me straight to the correct item.. which I pressed purchase. I didn't do anything else nor would I know how to. I'm now not sure what type of scam they are running by sending out wrong stuff and consumers are stuck paying nearly 200 dollars to return it. I want to be made whole. They acted like we were trying to get something for nothing when in good faith my husband ordered a whole new mannequin on the phone when he called about this matter before we even got refunded for the incorrect one.
