    I recently purchased a 6' Realistic Posable Male Mannequin MM-MFXF from Mannequin Mall, and I must express my profound disappointment with both the product and the service I received.Upon receiving the item, I found it arrived in two separate pieces with absolutely no directions included. This lack of guidance made assembling the mannequin an arduous and frustrating task from the outset. Despite my attempts to reach out to the vendor for assistance, the support provided was woefully inadequate. Instead of receiving clear instructions or helpful advice, I was only met with irrelevant videos that did not address the specific issues I encountered with my order.Undeterred, I persisted in my efforts to assemble the mannequin, repeatedly disassembling and reassembling it in the hope of achieving the desired outcome. Regrettably, my endeavors were in vain, as the product failed to meet the expectations set by its description. Compounding my dissatisfaction was the abysmal level of customer support offered by ********************. Despite reaching out to them numerous times, I received little to no assistance in resolving the issues I faced with the product. Any promises made by the vendor regarding returns were hollow, as they effectively made it impossible for me to return the item due to various obstacles, including inadequate packing and noticeable paint chipping.As a result, I find myself in possession of a product that not only fails to function as described but also exhibits visible signs of wear and tear. This entire experience has left me feeling incredibly frustrated and disillusioned with [Business Name]. I cannot in good conscience recommend their services to anyone, nor do I have any intention of conducting future business with them.In conclusion, I urge potential customers to exercise caution when dealing with this business. My experience serves as a ***** reminder of the importance of thorough research and diligence when making purchasing decisions. BEWARE

    We sent back our Mannequin ** we accidentally ordered the wrong one. MannequinMall then said they would not exchange the mannequin ** ours had a hold in the leg!?!?!?! What???? This thing was brand new with zero defects.MannequinMall then threw our mannequin away and refused to send it back to us! So we spent $400 on a mannequin and it was never returned back to us. What the hell?

    I did not purchase but had to work with their expensive, articulated mannequins. Extremely fragile, brittle fiberglass. Terrible product. They offer no returns in the product or replacement parts.

    Highly recommend Mannequin Mall and their team for any mannequin needs. Absolutely great company and professional staff. Had to switch something and it was easy.
