    I paid Amazon Pro Hub of *************************************** (new name is AMZ Pro Hub) $9,000. to illustrate, publish, obtain ISBNs, market ********** books for me, develop a website, create an audiobook, create blogs for me. They issued a contract to me.. Over 5 months $31,100 for 4 books with unlimited illustrations, 3 books with 65 illustrations, 3 books with 70 illustrations, 1 book with text only. There were many other aspects of my projects. They were working only on my first ********** book project to illustrate an example of one man and one woman working on a job from each country. They were working on this project. At times, consistently and at other times, very inconsistently; however, since June 7, 2024, they have refused to continue working on my projects unless I pay them an additional 1500 pounds, which is about $2000 more. I can not afford to pay them any more money. Given that I already paid $31,100 and got not one project completed, I will not pay them more money and risk losing even more since even though they promise to complete all of our projects in 3 months, they are not likely to be able to do so and will try to get more and more money from me. I am heartbroken since I lost $31,100 by trusting them to work on the projects. I need my money back if they refuse to complete the projects that I paid for with the price that I paid. I have spent so much time working on this project over the past two years. They made most of the illustrations needed for the first unlimited illustration project. I agreed that with minor changes, we can use the same illustrations they already created to create 3 of the four unlimited illustration books if they just finish the project. They did not publish or market any book for me. They did not complete any project or create any book. They did do a lot of hard work, and it would be a shame if they abandoned the projects without completing them. I would withdraw the complaint if the projects are completed.

    Stay away from Amazon Pro Hub. They are NOT Amazon. They contracted to publish 14 books on different platforms for $9,700. The 12 ORIGINAL covers they were designing were clipart. They wrote: "We don't use Cliparts at all. if we ever did, the company would fire me along with my team." Soon after, another employee, said he was sending me an original cover. It was clipart. I designed the covers myself. I also wrote 2 websites. Amazon Pro Hub put them online, but ********************* refused to show me how to edit the websites. ***** kept one of my bilingual books for almost a year, and did nothing on it. He promised a refund as it was also double billed. ***** quit on 5/15/24: "I will no longer be working on this project. Your refund will be with you of an amount of $1,200 within this month. A ref. number of the wire will be shared with you." I did not receive anything. Amazon Pro Hub put the books online, in the categories of Higher Learning, and Research - nothing to do with kids party books. Keywords were unrelated to my books. Published in black and white instead of color. Spelled my name wrong. Made over a dozen spelling errors in a bilingual description. ***** referred to these as silly requests for corrections. Everything must be republished with new ISBN numbers. The contract guaranteed marketing for a year, I would get all my money back in full if I was not 100% satisfied, if Amazon Pro Hub did not complete everything guaranteed, or if I did not earn back my initial investment. Nothing completed. NO Amazon book page optimization, display of my books on the first page of my category, paid budget for Amazon Pay-Per-Click, 30 aggressive keywords, 4 blogs to increase traffic, social media management, likes and followers on ******** or Instagram, ************************ a month, reviews building on all publishing platforms, targeting specific audiences, press releases, email marketing to ****** readers, and no video book trailer. I want my $9,700 refunded.

    I spent 8000 dollars on a marketing strategy from Amazon pro hub for my book. They promised results and if I did not like the results, they state in the contract that I am able to get a refund. I have requested multiple times for a refund and they have talked around the subject claiming to talk to finance and upper management.

    I hired Amazon Pro Hub to market my book which I had published on Kindle. I paid them $2500 with guarantee they would achieve at least $2500 in sales. There was almost no sales. They are now telling me Amazon Pro Hub went bankrupt and they don't have any money.

    I contacted Amazon Pro Hub about publishing my book and paid a fee for publishing it of $500. Over the course of the next three months, I was told by the Sales Rep that I needed to have "Amazon One"( which I dont use or need)for an additional $500. He had begun talking about my paying a total of $6,000 to get it marketed and selling well!!!!!!!!!I kept telling him and writing to him that I didn't have a lot of money and was facing two huge surgeries. Finally he talked me in to $1000 for a "book trailer" and a website. When I finally saw them they were both awful and the website was extremely basic and poor. He had told me all along that it I wanted a refund I could get one if I wasn't happy. The initial $500 was fair-that was to publish and put it on Amazon to sell. When I told him that I was not at all happy with the website or trailer and that I wanted a refund of the **** dollars-he got angry and changed his tune. I was in tears at the end of the call. I did NOT sign off on the book trailer or website and dont want them. I have sold 65 books on Amazon all due to my own advertising and efforts on ************ as well as 60 that I had ordered at 3 book signings that I set up! Please help!

    I recently went to an on site interview. I experienced bias by both employees doing the AMAZON DSP hiring event. 1. I stood up to shake the female recruiters hand she stuck her hand out and pulled it back. She said, I dont shake hands because of covid-19 and had no mask on. 2. I was not asked for my resume by the recruiter ******************************** 3. I was told if I didnt hear anything by 6pm I didnt get the position. I was asked one Question. What would you do if a customer asks to have their package dropped at the back door and you cant find it?This question is not a suitable question to ask someone who doesnt know AMAZONS POLICY. My response follow AMAZONS POLICY in this situation. The entire hiring event was unorganised and recruiters lack basic manners. To not even be asked for my resume shows the bias I endured. I am a highly skilled individual and I deserve to be treated with respect, common decency and fair treatment to any job I apply. This was my time and the process to less then 5 minutes.

    Paid $250 to get my ebook published on Amazon, had a horrible experience with the customer service. Could not understand anyone, and story kept changing. I got my manuscript back all in ****** version... then months later of back and forth I got a cover design. Then months later I got my exact manuscript I submitted... not edited. Also, there was an unauthorised charge to my bank account of $500, because they claimed I needed a KDP account. I never said yes to this transition. I never received a KDP account log in. Now I'm ghosted and have not had a response back in Basecamp since January 11th. Now the "account manager"'s email address in undeliverable and so is the support email address and their website.
