  I first engaged this company in 2016. I was promised significant marketing through social media, interviews on podcasts, etc. When I began to ask questions regarding book sales, royalties and further opportunities to advance my book I was constantly told that everything would be performed as I had agreed. At one point my credit card was used to make a payment without my authorization. It is now 8 years later and today my attempts to contact them were unsuccessful. A message will inform the caller that they are unavailable. Previous telephone calls have not been returned nor has my written correspondence. This entire undertaking has cost me financially, professionally and personally. STAY AWAY FROM THEM, THEY CANNOT AND WILL NOT DELIVER WHAT THEY SAY THEY WILL. This entire operation is a scam.

  Corrupt and dishonest company. Please do not get swindled like I did. The amount that was stolen from me was in excess of $4,000!!

  This company promised success and visibility. However, they deliver nothing of the sort. I received no engagement and no book sales whatsoever after investing over $4,000. I have received no reviews. They did nothing to improve my ranking on Amazon. I asked for repeatedly for reports showing what ads they were running. They never provided them. I received one abbreviated report over the course of nine months. They tried to get me to spend more money promising that they would do better the next time around. Do not trust them!

  This company preys on aspiring authors, promising them success and visibility, but in reality, they are nothing but frauds. Countless authors, including myself, have fallen victim to their deceitful tactics and empty promises. They manipulate social media likes, create fake reviews, and use false advertising to lure in authors, only to deliver subpar services that never meet expectations.As an award-winning author, I cannot stand idly by while others are taken advantage of. This post serves as a warning to all potential authors: steer clear of this company at all costs. They will not only rob you of your hard-earned money but also fail to deliver on their contact as well as act very unprofessional. I implore you to listen to the voices of those who have suffered at the hands of this scam. The negative reviews, extensive complaints, and one-star ratings are not to be taken lightly. They expose a consistent pattern of dissatisfaction and shed light on the company's dishonest practices The publishing industry can be challenging to navigate, but it is essential to remain vigilant and protect yourself from predatory companies like this one.To other potential authors, I urge you to stay clear away from this company. They have proven to be frauds and will scam you.Please be cautious and avoid engaging with their services.   I was told I would be refunded the money they charged me for editing my book as they do not speak English as a first language, and its absolutely impossible for them to edit anything much less call them selves publishers. They have not paid me my refund and now my emails and phone calls are being blocked extremely unprofessional.!!!!!!!

  I signed up for assistance with getting my book published on Amazon. Because I saw Amazon in this organization's name I thought they were part of the Amazon company THEY ARE NOT! hey charged me nearly $2000 to set up my book which was to include creating a website and managing SEO for 6 months, creating a book trailer, designing the book cover and posting my book on ****** and *****, ****** Books, and Apple Books in addition to Amazon. My book is now on only on Amazon and only after many errors. When they published my book they even put cover of someone else's book!They did limited work on my book trailer (just adding the closing credits) because I chose to produce my own work. They also did not do the cover art as I already had it. There was no reduction in fees for that.THE WORST PART was when my "website" was ready to launch I received a call from a sales rep telling me how important the author's website is in building sales traffic. For Amazon Pro Hub to maintain my site they charged me $4000 in addition to what I had already paid. That fee was to include 7 press releases and a live chat option on the site. (There isn't one).I was told that the only way I would show up in search engines would be to have at least 5 blogs on my new website. They sent me the blogs they wrote and they were riddled with mistakes and poor grammar. In one piece they even misspelled my name! They appeared to be either machine written or written by someone who did not have a proper command of the language. These pieces were supposed to be a prime driver for promoting my work. I was able to salvage one piece with much editing but the others were unusable. I am requesting a refund because they definitely do not do the work as advertised. I understand the need to outsource overseas for work these days but quality needs to be assured.
