    **** ****** from "Monarch Media Consulting" (he changes the name frequently and gets rid of reviews) is a bonidife con artist. I paid him $53,000 dollars to do 15+ PR articles. He didn't get anything published AND ADMITTED TO SPENDING THE MONEY ELSEWHERE!! I have an email thread of him literally admitting this. He moves state to state and hides out in different countries. If you get anything from these emails, it is a scam. He will tell you that he will feature you in ******. He is a professional con artist and needs to go to jail ***************************** *******************

    The CEO promised me guaranteed press in *********, which is not factual as they do not do ************ and certainly not guaranteed ************. I confirmed with ********* representatives that they have no association with Monarch Media and don't accept payment for press.

    In April of 2024 I hired and paid the online ********** Monarch Media Consulting (owner and face of the company is **** ******) to write and post 10 news articles about me plus create a ****** Knowledge Panel. This cost $1500. I'm a writer and producer in the entertainment industry and I'm trying to build my personal brand online to help me get more work in the future; a common practice for creatives in my industry.Our initial call to start this process was Friday, April 19, 2024. I paid him on April 22, 2024, kicking off the project. I filled out his questionnaire by May 13, 2024 so "his team" could start writing articles.According to what he said on our first call and what is outlined on his website, I should have had all of my articles posted in approx 1 month. ******************************************************** The drafts of the articles he sent me to review were not well done. They were very clearly written by AI with fake quotes and misinformation, even though I provided him with more than enough detail about my career. This was annoying, but it wasn't a deal breaker. I personally revised the drafts he sent me and wanted to keep moving forward. By June 2024, the work was not completed on time. From that point on, I had to follow up numerous times, on average once a week. There was little (and sometimes no) response. It took about 4/5 follow *** to get just one response. The answer was always "working on it". From July 8-Sept 4 I didn't hear anything from him. No articles had been posted yet and I was beginning to think this was a scam. I called him on Sept 4, 2024 and he answered - he said the reason nothing was finished was because he was "on vacation". Between Sept 4 and today, I continued my pursuit at either getting a refund or request he finish the work. To date, after a painful amount of time, effort and follow *** on my end, four articles have been posted by Monarch. A fifth article had been posted but was removed shortly after with no explanation.

    The business is fraudulent. We ordered an article and the Monarch Media Consulting stole $3,000 from us.

    **** H ****** offer and accepted payment in full for services he couldn't deliver. He was advertising delivery of professional written articles and guaranteed placement within ***** Days. He in truth, did not have writers but uses AI for sub par articles and didn't capture the *** goals. The deadline of 21 days came and went with excuse after excuse . When I called him out on scamming me and i had concerns that he would be able to complete the project he agreed to refund my money in full. I was then blocked and he has made no attempts to refund me. Typical low skill scammer
