    This is a fraudulent company. No services will be delivered.

    I paid $1,500 to **** ******, CEO of Monarch Media Consulting, on September 27th. He stated, both verbally and in the invoice, that the articles would be published by mid-October. However, since then, he repeatedly provided excuses for the delay. By mid-November, frustrated by his lack of progress, I requested a full refund. In late November, he agreed to refund the entire amount and confirmed this via ******** of December 13th, I have not received any refund, nor is there any indication of a pending transaction according to my bank. During this time, I left a negative review reflecting my experience. In response, **** ****** sent me the following email:"Okay, so heres how this is going to work. Either you can delete the negative review you wrote on BBB, or I can do the same to your business but ten times worse. Let me know how you want to proceed."I have this email and other evidence showing that he has not honored his commitments and is resorting to threats in retaliation. Its deeply concerning, and Im unsure how many others he may have scammed in this manner I have this all in my email as evidence that he is nothing but a con artist and not sure how many he has already scammed.
