      For the last 6 times I have tried to donate at grifols******* I been deferred. But only on the second donation of the week so I dont get my bonus and I believe this is being done purposely. They say my pulse rate is way too high or blood pressure is way to high but I believe there tampering with there equipment so it does fail me this has been going on for a while now .Also they treatme very badly not professional and one woman there says I should think about not donating anymore when that time I was giving ****** and they left the white clamp on the tube and said they could not get any blood from me until they realized that clamp was shut after they butchered my arm up so badly I was deferred for what they did to me .

      On August 27th, 2022 I went to the Grifols donation center **************************** After trying usuccessfully to get into the kiosk there I was told that *************************************************************** I then took the paperwork to my doctor who ordered the blood work to prove that I was negative. I then took the negative test result back to Grifols. I was still denied the right to donate. I then contacted an attorney who admitted that I was defamed ***************************************************** I did not have the funds to file. I then reached out to the *** to see if my name is still on the **** list. When I found out that I was, I was informed by the *** that I would need to do a reentry test through Grifols. I then called the *********** office and I was informed that they don't do that kind of testing, which is false because I was temporarily deferred because of protein. I have been trying to talk to someone in management from the 855 number but nobody wants to help or talk to me. I feel like I've been getting the run around and I am SICK of it! I just want my name removed from that list so I can donate elsewhere and they won't have to deal with me again!!!

      I received a call on September 29 from the *********** ******* Grifols office for consultation. Since I spoke with the *** about my name being on the **** list and what I can do to remove it. The lady who's name was ******* told me that they would have to do a reentry test. When I received the call from Grifols on the date mentioned above, I requested just that. I was informed that they would not ***** me a reentry test and that they stand beside their lab's original ********. They even implied that my mother or daughter gave me either hepatitis OR HIV. I will submit to you a copy of my doctor's ******** on the blood test that he had performed.

      I took time out of my day on 2 Oct 2022 to go down to donate plasma and receive the funds for donating. Although I arrived fully qualified, Susan at the intake desk changed that. When I sat down, she began cracking her knuckles, when I asked if she could please stop while I was sitting there (she could tell that it was bothersome as well) she began arguing it. This obviously raised my blood pressure, which in turn deferred me for the day, costing me time and money. When I talked to the female supervisor, she upheld the deferral. This all happened at the Amarillo, TX Avondale location. Why are your employees wasting our time and costing us money with unprofessional behavior? And why are your employees running off qualified donors?

      The wait at the ************** site is so incredibly terrible. They staff does alot of standing around when they could be helping out and getting people in and out. Instead it takes 2 plus hours for a donation to take place. Which when you sign up they say it will only take an hour. They are also constantly trying to get new donors in but if yiu cannot keep up on the donors u have they should not be doing that. They have mentioned I. The passed going to an appointment schedule which would be best for them so they can schedule appropriately and have a good time frame for the donors.

      Got there today before 1. I was aware the first day would take 2-3 hours. I went through the entire process and got back to have my plasma done and they could not find my veins.
      He asked if they did a vein check in the beginning I said no.. they should have done that first. They wasted 3 1/2 hours of my time for something that should have taken 20 minutes at the most.
      They should have paid me for the entire $125 for not following their procedures.
      They game me $25.

      I am finally able to return to donating ****** at the Grifols ***********************. My last visit left me severely bruised on both arms (the left arm was worse than the right). This was not the first time I have been so bruised by the staff at Grifols **********************, that I have had to skip *weeks* of donations. As it turns out, Grifols does not hire licenced phlebotomists but takes people and quickly trains them to stick and has them work under the doctor's licence without real certifications. Harsh as it is, people donate mostly for the money. Being bruised by the staff constantly means I loose out on money due to the staff that Grifols insists on training.
      I used to donate it CSL before Grifols and bruising was not an issue there.
      From now on, every time I end up bruised by staff, I will still come in my two days a week and the staff can see that I won't be able to donate because of the bruises they put on me, and you can put the full amount of money on my card whether or not my ****** goes into the bottle. You can fully compensate me.

      This happened at the *************** location of Grifols, where I've donated over 8+ years. **************************************** She had to speak to a physician substitute to be cleared for donating. During that process, ***** (the phys. sub), notated the type ********** she got, they chatted & then she went to the waiting room. Her name was called & she donated. She completed 2 more donations days later, with no flags on her profile. Later, ****** went to donate & he was flagged. He had to speak with a phys. sub. & they stated, "he could no longer donate ************************************************" They said they couldn't say much, but told him "not to share any food, drinks, syringes, or have **************************** He immediately called her & she called the center & they said her last donation came back with antibodies ************** She let them know she just got ********** They stated it was a false-positive but because of it, "she would never be able to donate again as she was put on a national registry that would prevent it." She felt she was being punished & spoke with ***** again who said "Don't you remember me telling you to wait for two weeks?" HE DID NOT tell her to wait 2 weeks. She's been donating over 8 years, if she was told to wait she would have waited. This affects ****** and my ability to donate because of the same address. She called corporate and was told by different people that "they dropped the ball", but there was nothing they could do, her name would stay on the national registry because it was done by the lab, & she could not donate again, but "if me & ****** put a different address, we could donate there 1 yr later or donate somewhere else" encouraging us to lie, UNACCEPTABLE! These funds became supplemental income & this is a HUGE inconvenience to all 3 of us & it's because of negligence to properly notate the account. If she couldn't donate for 2 weeks, why did her name get called? How did she donate two more times?

      False Advertisement

      It started out on Facebook with advertisement for donations of plasma for compensation. With donations for new donors 1150 for first month. Follow the portal to another portal with the same company. The same company states with donations for new donors 1050 for first month. Then fill out their forms. Then when you're finished they relegate you to a company that's under them but still their brand is on them, "******". You go their fill out their paperwork for three hours unaware of the price change once again 900 for first month until after you donate. And some probably still don't know unless you verify the price arrangement once again because it is definitely not volunteered because they claim their under the assumption that you know, being that you found out about us online. A real farce!
