1 starDo not hire these people. The movers were okay but the front office was terrible, especially ******. **** was hired for my move thru hire a helper. All financial matters were between me and hire a helper. Before the job was even done, ****** started calling me and my daughter non stop wanting to release money. Hire a helper already was paid. I told ****** that the extra hours would be paid to hire a helper, not **** as the contract read. She harassed us until my daughter was in tears she called time after time after time. She told the movers not to leave until we signed something. She could not understand that I was dealing with hire a helper, not **** for the financials. Then I started getting messages, I guess from ****, to ***** money somewhere. The message did not even have a name on it. I thought it was spam. This move was a nightmare. Hire a helper ended up being very little help also as they kept telling me they would call me back but never did. They also took money from my credit card that I did not authorize. Now I am not dealing with either company and am letting my credit card company handle it. A complete nightmare. DONT USE THIS COMPANY, you will regret it. On top of it, they were 3 hours late which caused me many problems and they also could not get my couch in my new apartment. A total cluster.

Hello ****, thank you for taking the time to provide us some feedback. Hire a ************* closes at 5 P.M and the movers estimated to be done after 5 P.M which is why due to our policies that you were aware of, we do have to collect payment once we receive an estimated time when the job will be completed, when we asked you to release payment you refused everytime. We did not harass your daughter, we called her to get in contact with you because you were not picking up and due to your absence, someone had to sign our paperwork as the job was completed. We understand we arrived 50 minutes late due to the hectic traffic but we did keep you updated for the delay. When our movers arrived, they completed the job to the best of their ability. Regarding your couch, the couch was unable to fit so we disposed the couch free of charge as a courtesy for the delay.Review fromAlice M

5 starsRigos Moving Company was amazing! They arrived a little early and offered to help us finish packing the last two rooms. I was extremely impressed by how fast and efficient they were in completing this task. They moved us cross-country, and the team worked so well together. They went above and beyond without charging us extra for packing the final rooms and setting up my family's beds. They were great, and I highly recommend them!Rigo's Moving & Storage, Inc.

1 starWorst company in the moving business. They moved us from Redding Ca. to ************. Several pieces of furniture were damaged and a metal garage shelving unit didnt even make it to ********. What did they offer to do to resolve our claim, they offered $40. This is criminal. Terrible experience at pick up with the driver non stop talking about tips and fighting us every step of the way on what is on the list for the load. Do not fall victim to this shady, non professional company. They should be put out of business for their shell game tactics.Rigo's Moving & Storage, Inc.
