And there wasn't a scratch or a scuffmark in our newly remodeled condo when they were done. 5 starsThank you Rigos movers for doing an excellent job moving **. Call and talk to ******, she is very helpful and knowledgeable. We were very happy with the move. They arrived on time and were very careful and respectful of all our items. If you are looking for a great moving company hire them. Thank you ****************************, ****** and 2 other gentleman who also work to make our move successful. They are very professional and communicated well with myself and husband. 1 starHighly unethical company. Took a month for the owner to respond with a resolution basically telling me they are not liable for severe damage to my apartment door and multiple breaking glass items. Said owner had the audacity to offer me $25 for almost $1000 worth of damage. The driver lied to my face and told me that the truck broke down for an hour which I was charged and the owners explanation was that they did numerous safety checks for 10 minutes for a 30 mile drive. A job that should have taken no more than 4 to 6 hours took 12 hours. They were moving until 1 AM Mind you I was only moving a one bedroom apartment. I will be filing complaints with all the appropriate channels. In reading multiple reviews across multiple platforms, there are numerous other people who had a horrible experience. I highly recommend staying away from this company.Rigo's Moving & Storage, Inc.

Hello ******, we apologize if you were not satisfied here at ****** ********************************* Our complaint department always makes sure to look into claims carefully and we did exactly that for yours as well. We explained to you over email that we were not able to resolve your complaint because you did have an oversized item that was able to hurt our movers by moving it. We also sent you photos of our tracking device that our movers were always on the road and we also explained the reasons for why the movers stopped for less than 10 minutes every time and how the speed limit for commercial vehicles is different from non commercial vehicles. Lastly, we can not estimate a time for a move since there are many reasons why the move takes longer than one thinks.Review fromMaria L

5 starsWe used Rigos to move stuff from my Grandfather's house to my Mom's apartment. I cant even even express enough how happy we are that we went with Rigos. Their price was very reasonable and they showed up right on time and were tremendously helpful and professional. 1 star******************************* quoted my 80 year old mother ******* to move her things from ********** to ******. When the driver arrived he said the clothing, and other items were not included on the list. At the last minute changed the price to *******. Knowing she was in a vulnerable situation. Awful! ******* said, "Well we can leave the things not on the list".Unprofessional scam artist!DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!Rigo's Moving & Storage, Inc.

1 starFrom the beginning, my experience was bad. The Manager of the movers tried to gaslight me by saying the movers were on time, which they werent. While I was standing next to my moving truck by myself with no movers in sight or anywhere near me, the manager was telling me on the phone that they were there..!? The movers spoke very, very, very, very little English. I had to call the Manager multiple times throughout the move to act as an interpreter. The Manager didnt think it was an issue that the movers and myself could not understand each other..?? This company also refused to credit me for erroneously overcharging for time and items that I never signed off on. I had to go through the broker company to get my money back. Dont use this company. We have already resolved your claim back in February, Once again on the day of your move we called you to let you know that our movers were outside by your BUDGET rental truck at 4:00 PM, that was the exact time for your appointment. We even provided you with a screenshot of our tracking devices proving that they were at your location at **** pm. But you didn't want to come out to meet our crew as you were claiming it was not possible for us to know where you had your rental truck parked but our crew was there (as your truck was the only rental truck in sight). The movers are fluent in English, we apologize if you did not understand their accents but there was no language barrier. The final billing was signed by yourself at the end of the move, agreeing the time that our crew was working for you. As a courtesy we didn't start running your time until **** pm that was the time when you decided to come out to meet our crew.
