  I paid $99 for a premium listing and never received any information response and still cannot get into the site. One number is disconnected, emails do not go anywhere. It does not even deserve one star.

  The customer service is TERRIBLE. I tried signing up for 123Notary, and it says my application is pending. It has been probably two months since I applied. Their contact list says to call their main number, which is not a working number. Then it said to call ******, leading me to a gangster rap voicemail. Then, it has a link to email ******, which does not work. Then, a *********** to email them which leads you to a list of forms to fill out.

  123Notary.com was one of the first sites I used in my Notary Public business. I started to ask clients to write a brief review, and had 14 reviews! Then, one day, I went to the site and discovered that my paid listing was missing. I reached out, read forums, and learned that a tragedy had happened and it affected the owner. So, I decided to be patient and wait. When it was all said and done, it seemed that some shady business practices had been going on since that time, which was last year, 2022. Many months later I decided to look into the site once more to see if there had been any positive changes. I checked this site, the Better Business Bureau, and discovered that other Notaries Public have been experiencing the same thing I went through. I am very disappointed in 123Notary.com. The site is used by many potential clients, and many of us are missing out on that stream of marketing because of the untruthful practices of the business.

  They deleted my profile for no reason. Owners are so intense. You would think that you are applying to be the president of *****************. Bully Notaries who they dont deem worthy to be in the industry. Literally treated that way by ******. I never even met the woman.

  I have been on 123notary.com since its inception. I had accumulated glowing reviews, well over 40, which arent easy to obtain because a customer has to take the time to write and post it. I paid on time. I am beyond qualified as a notary public. I always gave 123 website to individuals to find a replacement if I wasnt available. Win win. Then I went to look at my listing to renew and it was gone! I know things have been hard for owner since his assistant passed away but really? I want my reviews back so I can use them for other listings! I want to know what happened and why he is treating his long time customers like this?!?

  I have been listed for many years with 123notary. It used to be an incredible source of work leads. ****** (the sales rep) has since passed away and ****** (the owner) took over. He has deleted my certification status because he didn't like the way I answered his questions. Nevermind that he called randomly on Sundays and strange times of day. I have had people send raving reviews of my work ad they have not been posted. I pay annually for this site and I'm not happy with the service. While ****** called all kinds of strange times, he doesn't answer his own phone. I don't know what the deal is, but there is clearly a lack of management and service.

  I will join the other reviews. I paid for a listing on 8/14/2023. What I got was -0-. I have emailed and called and still -0-. My next move is to ask for a refund.

  **** Unfulfilled Promises and Lack of Training ****So it seemss this is common for 123Notary!!!!! I'm Disgusted!!! I applied for services with this notary company at the beginning of the year with high hopes, but my experience has been incredibly disappointing. Despite paying for training, I never received any, and my attempts to contact them via email and phone were met with empty promises.This company clearly has a pattern of taking money from applicants and failing to deliver on their commitments. They had previously promised to refund my money, but that too remains unfulfilled.Its disheartening to see that their one-star rating is a common trend. I hope this review serves as a warning to others considering their services. My primary goal is to shed light on their unethical practices and hopefully prevent others from falling victim to their misleading claims.I strongly advise against doing business with this company. Its regrettable that I had to resort to reporting them here, but I hope this leads to a resolution and prevents others from experiencing the same frustrations.

  Much of the previous things happened to me. I signed you, paid for my listing and my account still not active. When I dealt with them years ago, I had a totally different experience...... very said!

  Paid $99 for the premium service. Nearly 2 months later after several attempted emails and several calls to the number that was not in operation, still no reply. Filed a dispute with my Bank .Beware! Do not send money.
