  My first year was fine, they deleted my listing and I emailed to inquire why. That was two months ago, I then purchased a new one since it was outside of the year. I paid the $99.00, have not received anything since my confirmation stating I paid. I've emailed about my listing, called the main number is disconnected. I do not know what is going on with this company. I reached out to ****** two months and recently, nothing. I called ******, it rang and nothing but rap music came on with no voice on the voicemail. I will have to dispute this with my bank at this point.

  I paid $59 for basic service nearly 3 weeks ago and was told that I would be able to login once I was approved. Then a man, *******************, called me the next day saying that he worked for 123notary and that I needed to pay an additional $49 to start getting customers. I stupidly fell for that as well. So now I'm in the hole $108 with no active listing and no response from the company. Do not fall for this! It's a total scam.

  It's the same one person catching all the information from the site. They call you and promise to register you at a very low one time fee; less than $100 with the hopes that you won't mind loosing the little amount of funds once nothing comes of it. The promise that the back office will contact you and there is NO back office. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME. THIS IS A SCAM.

  SAME THING IS HAPPENING TO ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I paid for a full year with perks in DECEMBER and still nothing from them! When they added my name 2 months later to the site - it was ALL incorrect info! NOTHING was correct! I could not even get into the site!!!!!!!!! Jessie says to text him to a (814) 708 number and he will fix it - but nothing! When I did get him on the phone I was holding for over an hour!!!!!!!!! He would say he is transfering to to JEREMY, but no, dead air!
  He then says he is putting it through to the "processing department" and they will fix it!!!!!! Said he emailed me! I keep asking Jessie to speak with "Jeremy" and all he says is that I can keep holding and wants to give me my money back. I said "no, you are going to keep my money and put my listing up as promised." I kept holding for ANOTHER hour!!!!!!!! Still NO Jeremy! This is a potential SCAM!!!!! NO ONE USE 123notary! WASTE of money!
  I asked for my money back. I will be letting many people know about this! If someone hires the Attorney General please count me in.

  I provided information and clicked to find out if I was eligible for a free listing. The pop up window determined I was not eligible. So I did not submit the information.
  The next morning I received several calls from a (786) number, some back to back calls. Then a text from that number from "*******************" from USD asking to give my permission for a phone call so that I can list the ad.
  ****** was so unprofessional and rude, would not tell me what ad he was looking at when I did not submit the information for the ad.
  I then get a call one week later from a (814) number from again *******************. He is asking to post the ad.
  
  When I reached out to 123Notary, I got no response!

  This is a SCAM. DO NOT PAY THEM ANYTHING. I paid $59, received an email saying they would send me login information. I've emailed them again and of course no response. The 319 number listed is a non working number and when I called the 888 number listed on ******* it mentioned a sales rep ****** ******* who of course didn't answer. It also plays hold music that is far from professional using the word n**ga in the lyrics which is mind blowing. You will never get a response or an answer and will never get a listing. This man is getting rich from scamming people.

  This guy ****** is the worst. He is rude, unprofessional and takes your money and then takes your listing off his site with no explanation. He needs to be reported to the Attorney General.
