Received a check about grind24 closing my account using blue ridge bank. This is a fraudulent account. Someone stole my identity and opened this account. ********************** wont speak to you unless you have a card number or need to activate your card. Refused to give me any number and any website with there grind24 info says no longer valid or is the same one number. How can a company allow people to open fraudulent accounts and then not have any type of resolve team for that.Initial Complaint

This bank is holding my money hostage. There was no reason to lock my account and then they lock it when they're almost **** dollars in there. How's that make sense? I also can't reach anyone to speak to. Every time I call the number if I do rewatch someone they say they can't help me to search the website for a phone number. I did. That's the only number. I've emailed them over 20 times and the only thing I get back is your account is locked by our security team. What's that even mean???Customer Answer

They finally emailed me back and told me my account was closed and I would be receiving a closure check which is fine. All the email says is the 26th I should receive delivery. I said I just need to ask one more question and no response. This is the worst bank to get ahold of someone. I do not recommend it at all.

This case is not resolved. It's no surprise you can't get them to respond either. They have my money and they won't answer me. I still haven't received my account closure check and connected to this are the emails I sent after she said it would be delivered today and it wasn't. She has gone dark again

On Monday 12/4 I received an email that somebody has opened a Grind24 account in my name and that a debit card would be sent out. I've tried to reach them by phone with no luck, I've also been reaching out by email to cancel this account as it was fraud. No reply. Then today, I received that a debit card has been sent out. Today I received an unsolicited debit card in the mail from Grind24. Upon calling their 800 number listed to get the card cancelled and to find out when and where they obtained my information, I am required to activate the card first and then seek help afterwards which is does not exist. It appears they have no customer service and farm out there loss and stolen card reporting to some foreign call center will limited knowledge of English. Their issuing bank *************** refuses to help even though they issued the card. This is typical of these little banks in the fintech sectors, pure scams.Initial Complaint

I received a letter in the mail from Grind 24 containing a bank card with my name on it telling me to activate my account. When I attempted to contact the company the automated number did not have a way to progress without entering the card numbers. All searches take me back to this number. My daughter received a debit card in the mail without requesting one or completing an application. When I try to call the number on the back of the card to find out how they got her information and to get a copy of an application, I do not get the opportunity to speak to anyone. The only option is to activate the card. I tried contacting *************** NA who is the Bank that provides services for them but they gave me the same number to call. ************. They suggested I email them at *********************************** I want to make sure no one is scamming my daughter and ruining her credit.
