    This is the worst prepaid service ever. They will lock up your money and it nearly impossible to get any customer service. Every time I call the number I get an automated person that says I'm sorry we can not help you because your issue is not related to your debit card. Ok then how do I get help?? You have to email them and then you're lucky if they get back with you. I have been emailing them for the past month and a half and I've only gotten 2 emails one saying my account was locked due to security reasons and the other telling me my account was closed and my closure check would arrive on January 26. Well guess what today is the 26 and no check. So they basically lock your money up then decide to close your account and you have to hope they sent your closure check out because you can't get anyone to communicate with you. Stay away from this bank.
