      Paid for a 1 year subscription June 2024,haven't received anything tried email and contact numbers nothing works

      High times has been charging my credit card for years, and despite trying countless times to cancel this subscription I have encountered dead phone lines on their website, contact emails that do not respond and endless Reddit threads of people equally as frustrated as I am with this company. Theyre allowed to continue doing it I guess so if youre smart enough to be googling before you subscribe DONT DO IT. they have unlawfully taken hundred of dollars from me over the years and after I dispute the charge they continue the next month. When I call my credit card they say theres not much they can do. My card literally expired and they somehow continued charging my account the next month. Im dumbfounded that this can happen and nobody is held accountable.

      Paid for a subscription and have not received a magazine in 2 years.They just renewed again and still no magazine.

      I ordered subscription in April 2024. I also got screwed! All numbers and emails go no where or no response. The only chance I had to get was a random text that said my order was ready for pickup no place to pickup and no response on text back? DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! LOL

      I purchased a 12 month subscription in April 2024 and 17 weeks later I still haven't received anything. I wrote a lot of emails only to receive an email back saying their account is inactive. I don't know who to contact about getting my money back or the issues I paid for

      I paid for a 12 month magazine subscription in April 2024. I have never received anything. Reached out to business by email and never heard back. Tried to call but number listed is not valid. They have scammed me out of my money, I want a full refund.

      I to bought shares.with this company back in 2021 and to no avail. I spent $550. Contact EQ and they haven't been with them since 2023. There is no way to contact the either to get my shares invested. If there is a way to get ahold of these folks let me know. This is crazy how people are being done in these times. We invest in something we believed in only to be screwed over by shadiness. Im interested to know the outcome
